Although the hotel is 5 *, it pulls on 4 * : ). We went by Tez Express, that is, at random, but as far as I understood, this hotel and Green Hill (it stands nearby) very often fall into such vouchers.
The territory is small, green, on the seashore, 2 slides, two swimming pools (a paddling pool and one large one divided into a depth of 1.5m and 1.75m).
Rooms: we got (on the second try : ) ) spacious with a view of the pool and a nice balcony. The shampoo is terrible, liquid soap is only near the washbasin, you have to wash with shampoo : ). Towels on the beach and near the pool are paid, the safe is paid. The maid cleaned only during the daytime rest and the bathroom for 10 days. never washed, but laid out all sorts of flowers on the beds.
We liked the restaurant, the staff is excellent, although there were few fruits and there was no variety of seafood.

The animation is weak, although this minus is compensated by the gymnastics instructor Irina, she is smart (3 water gymnastics + belly dance per day).
At the reception, everyone is responsive and attentive, they immediately reacted to comments.
Local merchants practically do not trade, unless you buy something expensive (gold, silver, leather)
In general, we rested normally, because we didn’t get hung up on some little things. But the second time I wouldn’t go there.
P/S before that rested in 4 * Egypt. Egypt had more pluses.
