Before I start talking about all the horrors happening in this hotel, I note that a bad hotel is not a bad vacation. We had a great rest, it's just that the hotel contributed to some inconveniences accompanying our vacation.
Upon arrival, we were settled in a room, by the way, there were no problems with the check-in and the room, the room was good, this is perhaps the little positive that we received from the hotel.

This was followed by a meeting with Turan, the guide of the teztour, his whole story about the hotels was based on phrases starting with: “it’s impossible”, “you are obliged”, “gendarmerie”, in general, the feeling remained that we were actually in something, if we were not accused , we suspect for sure. Speaking of excursions, Turan showed us a photocopied leaflet with prices for excursions (even without photos), and an unshakable argument that when buying the same excursions in third-party tour agencies, we can break a leg and insurance will not cover us anything . People, do not believe in these lies - insurers, a third-party organization that insures your trip, not Teztour tourists. Using the services of a tour agency, you will simply save money, approximately 50% of the amounts offered by the tour.
Next, I want to note the guests of the hotel, the public in hotels is 100% citizens (or just residents))) of the countries of the Soviet Union - that is, 100% Russian speaking hotel. The behavior of some guests is simply unacceptable, we have seen enough of a lot, and, sorry, vomiting right into the plate back, in broad daylight, in the center of the dining room, and drunkenness before pumping out, matting, spitting with snot (including the sea and the pool), here I don’t undertake to give an assessment, because people are different and everyone chooses for themselves, however, for myself, I decided it’s better to be bored in a German hotel than to be ashamed in a Russian one.
I will not write about food, since everything that is written already corresponds to the truth. I will say one thing, it is impossible for men to eat there. Since the meat got into the bowl only once a day, and then strictly in 3 pieces (usually chicken - in pieces of 2 cm, along with bones and skin). Fruits - were: watermelon, melon (green), apples, plums, 1 time grapes. Alcohol - beer - until 12 at night in any quantity, crayfish - similarly, other alcohol - was taken out in a limited amount, 3 bottles for the whole arava, once every 2-3 hours. Therefore, if you do not disdain to relax by means of strong alcohol - it is better not to leave duty free with empty bags, they will hardly pour you into hotels to relax.
By the way, I hasten to note that the staff explained all the inconveniences by the end of the season (I see the September tourists were told the same thing). Also during our stay there, there were half tables in the dining room, the barbecue table was removed, the lemonade machines were removed (only one was left), the awnings were removed, which provided shade over the sunbeds by the pool and on the pier near the beach (cigarette butts, by the way, something forgot to collect).

In fairness, it should be noted that the hotel staff is decent, not intrusive, just torn between the dissatisfaction of the guests and the conditions provided by the owner of the hotel.
Speaking of the owner, there are 3 hotels on the line, all belong to one owner: Green Hill (it is worth visiting the territory - it is interesting to take a walk), Kemal Bay (which I am talking about) and Pasha Bay (a hotel for Scandinavians), which is fundamentally different from the one proposed by the Russians service tourists. They say that a good hotel is Dlfin Botanik, near Kemal Bay, which costs only 200 dollars more (I confess that Kemal Bay spent n-times more than this amount with food).
