We stayed at the hotel in May 2018.
Upon arrival, we waited TWO hours to check in (we heard that a bottle of vodka or money easily accelerated this process). As we understand, Russians are settled on one side, where the windows start from the basement - a view from the balcony to the concrete wall, and the road goes above. Other numbers on compatriots - on the road. Foreigners lived in rooms above and overlooking the pool and the sea.
The rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear the water, the neighbors have a toilet from all sides, ooh-ah))), the neighbors had a leaky toilet bowl and there was a terrible smell, no one helped, so they lived.
Wifi is terrible. Almost none in the rooms
The food is excellent - it made us happy every day. BUT! The mode is extremely inconvenient, because. break between lunch and dinner - 5! hours. Yes, you could have a bite to eat in one bar, where a disgruntled and slow Turkish woman made tortillas and pizza, essno there was always a queue.
Animation almost no, they have a day off on Sunday! there is nothing. Mini disco was held for 7 minutes and not every day. For kids, it's a big bummer.
On May 9, German flags were put up in the dining room, as we understand, not from evil, but it was extremely unpleasant !!!
And in general, a very clear division into Russians and others. They have a completely different attitude.
If you still choose this hotel, you MUST visit the SPA, especially the masseur from Ukraine - Evgeny, he does everything very professionally !!!
