I rested in the hotel with my husband and with a child (6 years old), the place is very beautiful, but the service is just terrible!! ! The first 3-4 days did not pay attention to the shortcomings, then it began: 1. The child is sleeping, the “do not disturb” sign is hanging, the cleaning lady can start breaking into the room and yelling outside the doors. 2. They didn’t change the towels, I call the reception and ask to change, an angry cleaning lady comes in her tongue, throws the towels, and kicks the dirty ones out of the room... 3. Animation is about nothing. 4. There is nothing to feed the child (noodles, mashed potatoes). 5. Chaise longue at 7 am will not take you to stand. 6. For the whole rest they gave green plums from fruits, a couple of times grapes, once oranges, apples during the holidays. If you are ready to throw money for such service, then you can visit this place. I wish you a pleasant stay" !! !
