Точно не 5 звезд :-( Definitely not 5 stars :-(

I rested with my mother in this hotel from 12 to 22 September 2010. I often rest in Turkey and have seen a lot of 5 * hotels... but this is not 5 *. You can give a solid 3*+.
No maintenance service. At the reception, girls with disgruntled faces are sitting, answering questions reluctantly....the only thing that pleased us was that we were settled immediately and given a room with a sea view at no extra charge. The beach did not like (if you can call it a beach). On the beach, not only guests of Kemal Bai, but also the neighboring Greenfield Hotel (it seems so) are sunbathing.
Food is a separate issue... the first time I saw so many hungry and angry people....and I understand them. There is no normal food. My mother and I would come in later so as not to see the cursing in the queue for soy meat. But by the time we got there, it wasn't even there. People were afraid to stay hungry . . My mother and I eat very little, but I don’t know how the poor men of the hotel survived : -)))

There is no animation. There are 4 animators for two hotels who were too lazy to carry out entertainment programs. During the day there was water aerobics in the pool, and in the evening in the neighboring hotel there was a children's mini-disco and a show program. I did not like it: boring and stupid !!! ! Then a disco. I am 25 years old and I was bored there. Alcoholic drinks are served in small plastic glasses on the principle of one glass in one hand. This is some nonsense! I was shocked.
As for the territory, I can say that, in principle, the hotel is green. there are many flowers, palm trees, a playground. Turtles and a chameleon live on the territory. In principle, you can relax if you don’t bother with trifles and create a good mood for yourself. I won’t dissuade Kemal Bey, but I won’t go there a second time
