Good day! We bought a ticket before leaving, so there was practically no choice, most of the hotels of interest were already in the Stop... when we offered Kemal Bay, we immediately remembered that our friends had recently been there and they liked it, and the price suited us. Now I understand why there is so much negativity on the sites about this hotel (and not only about this one). We personally saw enough of our "great Russian people" how our compatriots raise an op in a bar, that they only give them 2 glasses in their hands... and demand that they pour 6-8 glasses each, that they will take it away at a time... as at the reception they immediately declare: "Hey, you chump, come here, I don't understand this 5* or how much. . . " and there are a lot of examples.
Maybe, of course, we were lucky, but they settled us right away, they gave a good room, we did not pay money. They cleaned us regularly and well, every other day we left a tip for a dollar, because we liked the maid, a very friendly woman, although she doesn’t speak Russian. She spun towel swans for us, decorated the bed with flowers. On the penultimate day, the air conditioner broke down, we fixed it right away. At the reception, the girl speaks Russian very well, 2 young people know the language worse. Nobody was rude, everyone smiled, wished for a pleasant stay. Tez Tour guides Victoria and Dmitry did not communicate with them very closely, only bought 2 excursions from them, but overall they are nice guys. As for sunbeds, free ones could always be found, both by the sea and by the pool. Of course, by the pool in the morning (and some in the evening) people occupied 70% of the sunbeds, but you could always find free ones. The beach and pool are clean, they are constantly cleaned. The territory is large and green (shared with greenhill). You can walk to Konakl, or take a bus for 1 dollar. Turtles live in the hotel, right behind the entrance to the hotel, if you look towards the sea, then on the left side, we fed them with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. If you walk along the beach, then behind Pashabey, right by the rock, there is a restaurant that cooks very tasty, especially a fish plate, we ate together for $ 50 with a tip. If you go up to the very mountain behind Green Hill, then there is a wonderful view of the sea.
The food is quite typical for Alanya economy class hotels, there was always fish, meat mostly chicken, but there was also something like lamb (I don’t understand meat and don’t eat almost), vegetables, salads, side dishes for every taste. Delicious pastries. For breakfast, delicious buns, various jams, always scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, breakfast cereals, etc... A very tasty afternoon snack, delicious cakes at the beach bar. No one will go hungry, that's for sure. Soups in Turkey are puree soup, and not for everyone... Juices are concentrated, diluted, chemical, but you can drink. Gin is quite decent, beer is diluted, raki vodka is rubbish, strong wine. Coffee is normal.

Fruits are melons (the first days they were not ripe), very tasty watermelons, peaches and apricots were given 3 times, once green and sour plums. There are a lot of sweets, but they are not for everybody, something is tasty, something is not very.
Animation is weak, but they are good with children. The hotel is aimed at couples, but there were also young people.
the main thing for ourselves is not to spoil the rest and not to find fault with trifles. Have a good rest. And I will definitely come back to the hotel again.
