Rested with my husband from 24/07/11 to 31/07/11. I am writing this review two weeks after my arrival, because I could not even look at this hotel on the Internet !! ! I must say right away that we read the reviews and were wary... everything that they write is TRUE, guys. They settled us after 2.5 hours, they came to the reception three times, and they sent us for a walk... then they gave 10 USD and after 5 minutes they found a room, with a view of course not on the sea) For a sea view, it turned out to be min. 20 dollars)) But it's okay. The room was on the 6th floor, normal. No deposits were given for the remotes. Everything was in place. The air conditioner blew directly on the bed (look at the photo report) and for the first 10 minutes it smelled like a swamp. It's certainly not funny. They cleaned every day and made swans, thanks for that. Maybe just because they left a tip? )
The hotel area is very beautiful - and it saves Kemal Bay!! ! Food and drink is a separate issue. On the third day, my husband began to get upset, from the 4th day he could not eat anything, and there was nothing. There is a lot of food at first glance. But..... these are all eggplants and zucchini in 20 types of execution. I love vegetables and girls... but for a man staying at a hotel was a test (and he was not the only one - everyone we met complained about the food) There was fried herring 2 times from fish in a week and 2 more times incomprehensible fish, which the chef himself gives out with tweezers. Chicken was generally a luxury, and if you get a piece after a line of 10-15 people, get a small piece))) and don’t stand, ask, don’t ask, they won’t give you more. And it's not true that tourists are bad - here you just survive as best you can!!! ! Look at the photo report. It is impossible to drink alcoholic beverages, the smell and taste are unbearable, especially red wine)))) I will not write what it smells like. We got used to drinking cola with vodka and beer, which is poured into 50g disposable cups. If you eat with children, take juices with you, because there is nothing for children to drink here. We have seen how drinks are filled into vending machines from concentrates. It's like Invite, Yupi, etc. I was saved by tea, which was made on the 4th floor in a bar.
Thinking to occupy ourselves, we took 3 excursions from the Guides from the Annex tour. They gave us a discount and were very friendly. BUT!!! ! My husband began to have a very serious disorder and we had to turn to a doctor who does not speak Russian or English. Transferred at the reception and we were sent to the hospital in a minibus (on the way we stopped at several more hotels and a family with two children even sat in the luggage compartment on ottomans. I'm not kidding !! ! - this is a transfer to the hospital !! ! The hospital offered pills, wrote out a "report" and sent it back. We were not able to go on excursions, but the guides did not return the money to us, they said this was not the right certificate. We asked what should happen in order to refuse - to do the operation? - what they are in a rude form they answered - Well, break your leg or break your head....If someone told me this, I would not believe it !! ! But this is a fact, and if you want to go on an excursion, take tickets the day before departure (they will make a discount anyway) and if you have already paid, YOU WILL NOT RETURN ANYTHING. So we gave them $ 190. We managed to go to the Troy Water Park. Along the way, we also stopped at other hotels for tourists. So we drove longer than promised. And only on the bus the Guide said, that you cannot enter the territory of the water park with your drinks. and it was. The guards checked the bags and threw everything in the trash. I had to buy water for 3 cu. And beer costs 8 cu, colla - 5. The tour itself for two cost 90 cu. There are 20 people in line for each slide. Everything is like an anthill.

As for the service, the bartenders and waiters are a separate respect, the guys are friendly. Hamam in the hotel - SUPER for $ 30 - a lot of fun. And the guides from the Annex tour will offer an exit Hamam for 40, because they do not work with the hotel. Thanks to the photographers for professional photography. Guys are great. Offer to choose the photos you like for 5 dollars per piece. But it was worth it.
In general, you yourself understand that this is not a vacation. If you are still thinking - choose another hotel - worse, I'm sure it will not be!!! ! Well, the tour operator Annexes - never again !!! !
