The hotel does not meet the stated level of five stars. This is my biggest disappointment!
We (two adults and two children) were placed in a so-called bungalow. The agency promised a family room. In fact, it turned out to be a flimsy plywood house for two families, more like summer cottages-temporary huts of Soviet times. One room 15 sq. meters. The floor staggers literally underfoot, the cracks on the street are a couple of fingers thick. Everything seems to be after repair, but the repair is so, for excuses. Look at the photo of the results of this "repair". There was a feeling that they were not there at all, what five stars are there. She went and asked to change the room, even with an additional payment for something more decent, but... Other vacationers, in protest, sat at the reception almost until the evening, they did not want to call in such "five stars". Did not help.
What's in the room? Primitive furniture, folding beds for children of various colors. Some smudges of paint, plastic on the ceiling is nailed. There was not even a tile in the bathroom - wallpaper for painting on the walls, linoleum on the floor, you can see the attic in the cracks. The carpet in the room is laid on the floor, but in some places it did not reach the unpainted baseboards.

For four people they gave one foot towel and did not change it !!! ! week. I had to fight for personal face towels and bath towels, the service workers themselves, apparently, believed that towels were not required for children. There is no need to talk about such trifles as shower caps, shampoos, soap. It is noteworthy that the cleaning in the room takes place....broom, never vacuumed for a week. Horror.
In May, the nights are quite cold, I had to call the reception six times to bring blankets. And all the hotel staff are very friendly and polite. Nobody is rude. They just don't do what they should.
The door to the street through the veranda could be knocked out with just half a kick. Mosquitoes in the evening. The audibility is such that you can find out what is happening on the street and in neighboring bungalows, not like behind a plywood wall. They say that snakes and scorpions crawled to the neighbors. A friend from Moscow did not have a shower at all. Just a tray and shower. Bathe as best you can.
For children, extra beds were placed in the room, after which a multi-level bed was formed for three places, there was a narrow path of half a meter to the closet and a little more to pass by the table to the veranda. The phone had to be placed directly on the floor, because there was simply no more space for the bedside table and it had to be placed under the table. The lamp was broken, the TV did not work, it was replaced only after the third call. The same with the burnt hair dryer.
The food is tolerable, a lot of salinity and spicy. There are no special comments for the restaurant. But not five stars either.
For some reason, the water park is open until five, although people want up to six or seven hours. For some reason it can't. Attraction "artificial wave" works generally only twice a day, at 12.00 and 14.00 hours and only 15 minutes. And that's it. No one can explain why you can’t turn it on more often, but the attraction is wonderful. The slides are good overall. Although to consider this water park "the best and largest" on the coast, as advertised, it is... you have to try very hard!

In the evening, the area is dark. To get to the amphitheater, where children's discos take place, you have to go uphill in the dark over unthinkable bumps, there is no road, such and such uneven slabs are sketched, and that's it. I twisted my leg, and I was far from the first on this obstacle course. Animation is weak, kind of indifferent. At adult discos vacationers in the evening took the bus to some other place. In the evening there are two drinks in the bar - vodka and red wine. YEARNING.
One dead shop with goods for a beach holiday and one in the water park with souvenirs (by the way, inexpensive). There is a fairly large bazaar within a 15-minute walk. But we didn’t get there, she twisted her leg.
The hotel has a lot of Russians, some Germans and Turks. Inscriptions in four languages - Russian, English, German and Turkish, which is nice. The service staff practically does not speak Russian, only the reception and workers of baths, massage.
There is practically no sea. There is a descent into the sea from a narrow ladder, but there are giant boulders, rough sharp stones. When swimming, one thought - so that the wave does not shy away, if only not to break something and not get scratched. The view from the sea is also unimportant, some kind of industrial landscapes. There is a sand and pebble beach outside the hotel, 15 minutes walk, but we found it with great difficulty.
In general, the hotel disappointed. Those who settled in the central capital building felt more cheerful. But otherwise - palm trees, southern exotic vegetation, sun and water (even in the pool) - it's good to eat.
