My husband and I visited at the beginning of May 2018. We really liked this hotel! ! About everything briefly and in order:
1. Those who are looking for pomposity - not here. The hotel is in a modern style, no carpets in the corridors, stucco on the ceiling, etc.
2. Numbers. We had room 2314, a view of the pool and the sea (no surcharges - they took a simple standard. ) The furniture is new - just like in the pictures from the site, the air conditioner works fine. Cleaned, towels changed, replenished: mini-bar, gels, shampoo and soap - all this every day. Everything you need is in the room. The room is not noisy even though it overlooks the pool. If you want silence - close the doors to the balcony tightly and you will have silence : ))
3. Nutrition. They feed in the morning and even at night until 2 o'clock : ))) the choice is huge, everything is so delicious! ! For breakfast, only about 10 types of cheeses (brynza), buns, croissants, eggs, jams, sausages, grilled vegetables, fruits, various types of muesli, Turkish delight, salads..... in general, the choice is excellent ! ! Lunches and dinners - just a huge selection! From meat - chicken, turkey, beef. There are 2-3 types of fish every day. Sweet: 2-3 types of baklava, 10-15 types of cakes, cakes.... everything is very tasty. Fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruits and medlar were every day. Strawberries and pineapple were in the form of toppings on cakes.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was possible to eat more: in the bar on the beach - fast food, a pastry shop in the main building - from 10 to 17, near the pool - from 16 to 17 snack bar. In general, if so much food fits into you, then..... by the time you leave, you will not fit into your things !! ))))
4. Bars. Pour whatever you ask, make cocktails alcoholic and non-alcoholic. You can drink around the clock: during the day there are bars by the pools and in the lobby, and from 00 to 8 in the morning - a night bar. Everything is free and in unlimited quantities.

6. SPA. Hamam, sauna, bath and jacuzzi for free. Massages and spa treatments - for a fee from $ 25. Beach towels are given to everyone free of charge once a day, you need to return them before 20 -00, so you don’t have to bring your own towels with you.

But we also came across a "joker" at the reception desk: we left the hotel early in the morning, in the evening we went to the reception desk to find out about lunch boxes. We leave before breakfast in the morning. "Joker" said that we will bring food to the room until 12 at night. We were very surprised - we have a check-out at 5 am, and food will be brought at night? ? In addition, we were going to go to bed early, because. get up at 4 in the morning, and now wait until 12 at night for lunch boxes ?? ? It's good that we didn't wait and went to bed!! ! But others, as it turned out
waited. In the morning, at the reception, we were given our lunch boxes (this is usually how hotels always do) and the "joker" was very lucky that it was not his shift, but the people on duty expressed everything they think about this !! ! Such an incident slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel, the most offensive thing is that it happened just before our departure, after all the excellent impressions about this hotel....it's a shame for the hotel. 1 such "joker" was able to ruin a great experience for a whole week.
8. Territory. Very beautiful, well-groomed, multi-level landscape....in general, everything is super!!
9. Animation. For kids it's ok, for adults it's a 3.
10. Location. Those who like to hang out - not here. Far from the city, there are no discos or entertainment nearby. Shopping - the market is far away, expensive, the choice is not very...... in general, it's better to shop during excursions.
11. Water park and pools. The water park for hotel guests is free, for a fee - bungee and rafting. Pools on site - a lot, for children and adults for all tastes. "Infinity" - the highlight of the hotel, on the roof, quiet, small and great views of the surroundings and a good bar.
Conclusion: the hotel is excellent, during the day - there is a lot for everyone, in the evening - I think young people will be bored, well, except to sit in bars until the morning.
