Hello. Rested in September 2012. Read a lot of reviews before leaving. Most were negative, but being tempted by the water park, I decided to test it on my own experience.
The calling card of the hotel is the queues... If you are not in a hurry - then for God's sake (I rested for 7 days - it was a pity to waste time. Queues everywhere for meat products + a water park by itself). Many warned that there were a lot of people in the water park from 9 am to 4 pm. On a hill with a black pipe, you can stand in line for up to 20 minutes. Really walk only from 16 to 18. Then everything is limited to 5 minutes.
Unpleasantly upset (After visiting the Royal Albatross in Sharm) the restaurant. In the morning, in addition to eggs, finding something to eat (not counting the ever-standing salads, salted cheese and fries) is quite difficult. You have to endure until 11-00 - in the snack bar they start preparing shawarma, pizza and other bakery products that will not let you die of hunger. A HUGE minus for the A la carte restaurant. Came with friends by appointment. 30 minutes waiting for hot. The waiters handed out the food with their HANDS!! ! Replacement cutlery was not given, half of the plates were taken away. No drinks at all. After sitting for 45 minutes, they just got up, turned around and left. We told the representatives of ANEX-TOUR about this - they didn’t even take an ear, just commenting - it often happens with us... Question - WHY FUCK to indicate a restaurant in the list of services if the level of service is lower than in the main restaurant ???

You will be able to bathe the little one only in the pool. Or walk every day to a wild beach (about 15 minutes walk). The wild beach, although polluted by the locals, but the entrance to the sea itself is simply amazing. Although I also went for 20 USD. on the hammam - was disappointed. Friends went for 50 from the hotel - they were also not happy!
