The hotel is old and dirty. Pools are cleaned, but not enough. During the day, the toilets are in terrible condition, dirt everywhere, not enough paper, sand, water on the floor. Old sunbeds near some swimming pools and on the beach by the sea - the rubber insert does not have time to dry, it is unpleasant to use them. There is often no staff supervision on the uphill slides!
Separately in the kitchen...there is food, but it is impossible to eat it. What is economy or unprofessionalism of the staff?
In the morning at breakfast, some pallets with cheese and vegetables lie open - the tables are set on the street and this is all before the opening, so it lies until the end of the action. They put ice under the bottom, what about the flies? It certainly does not bother them.
Coffee is very bad in machines and often runs out early. If you want Turkish custard, you have to pay.
In this hotel, I used to put a small plate on it to put away what was impossible to eat because it was not good or undercooked or undercooked, ...then I already had to ask for it to be cooked, but do I have to tell the cook?
Also queues...They are everywhere and for everything. You wait in line for the grill, you go, you stand in line for a side dish, then at the bar you ask for something, then there's a line again. By the time you get to the table, it's already cold.
Snack bar - they prepare rare ...low-quality semi-finished products. The waiters serve the menu.
I do not advise you to go here! Because hygiene, cleanliness and quality products prepared by professional staff are respect for the client.
We did not see this at Ozkaymak select resort.

1. Departure and settlement
We flew from Zaporizhzhya, the UIA carrier, there were no complaints, everything was on schedule. Upon arrival in Antalya, no PCR tests, no codes, no one checked, although there are different horror stories.
The road from the airport takes 2.5-3 hours, then whoever is lucky and how many deliveries to other hotels will be. It infuriates that they make a type of technical stop where they offer to buy local souvenirs / sweets, etc.
Thanks to the reviews on YouTube, I realized that I needed to settle with a sea view, which I did for a surcharge of $ 50, settled in room 3627. The rooms are standard, clean, the furniture is in good condition, there is a mini-bar with water / juices (every day they they replenish it for free), a free safe (also +), there was a fungus in the bathroom in some places, but they didn’t pay attention to it, they came to relax, and not to look for flaws.
2. Nutrition
Many write that there is nothing to eat, this is really a lie. I don’t argue, breakfasts are standard, like everywhere else, but for lunch and dinner they ALWAYS cook several types of grilled meat + fish, there is pizza, delicious spaghetti. There are always 2 types of edible soup, a huge selection of salads and fresh vegetables, some kind of stew, rice, pasta, potatoes, a lot of fruits (watermelon, plums, pears, apples, peaches), you can’t try sweets. I'm curious, what else do you need?
There is also a snack tank that works from 11 to 17, they give out fries, burgers, snacks, salads, and for some reason people always eat there, they don’t disdain)))
Now there is a restriction due to covid and the queues are a little tense when the restaurant employees impose food on you, but I'm not in a hurry, standing for an extra 2-3 minutes is not a problem.
Alcohol, like everywhere else in budget hotels, is bullshit, but mojito comes in with a bang.
Conclusion on nutrition, it is 5-
3. Territory
The territory is not very large, as for me, it is dirty and in Egypt they follow this better. There are many places for photo shoots. Grade 4
4. Beach and pools
This is a sore subject of this hotel, because. for 270 rooms, I personally counted 120 sunbeds on the beach and another 80 near all the pools, totaling no more than 200 (! ). It infuriates that the battle for sun loungers begins at dawn and at 7 am there are no more places near the pools, you can find several on the sea. You will say this is all our people, but you are mistaken, 50-60% of the hotel contingent are Poles and I personally saw how at 5-30 they run to book sunbeds near the pools! For this hotel a huge minus!
The pools are not particularly at the bottom and clean, I have never seen them vacuumed, as they do in Egypt.
The sand on the beach is dirty because of cigarette butts.
The entrance to the sea is sandy and it is a small lagoon where everyone splashes, but we walked a little to the right, to the neighboring hotel and it was almost always empty there. For the beach a solid 4.
5. Animation
Everything is standard: a welcome dance, then bocha, volleyball, etc. Show in the evening. Grade 4.
Everyone asks for the Internet: he caught well in our room and in the lobby, he catches the Utopia net on the beach, he is not near the pools.
A big plus is the location of the hotel, because. 100 meters from it begins the market street, which is very long and in the evenings we went there for a walk, to shop. The prices there are 2 times cheaper than in Ukraine, the quality is better, but they don’t like to bargain because in Egypt)))
Conclusion on the hotel: this is a budget 5, I paid 1.300 euros for a week for three (it costs 1.000 euros for two) in the midst of the holiday season.
It’s not worth waiting for seafood and some frills here, who wants them, the Utopia Hotel is nearby, where the price starts from 1000 euros per person per week. One of the advantages of the hotel is the new, not yet shabby rooms. I don’t know if I will return here, but I can safely recommend the hotel to everyone.

We rested with my family in this hotel in July 2021 (2 adults + 1 child 9 years old).
It should be noted that we are not the first time in this hotel - the previous time was in 2017. Then we really liked and remembered our vacation, especially in comparison with other hotels in Turkey. And we were very worried that our pleasant memories and impressions would not be spoiled... after all, 4 years have passed, and a lot could change, and not for the better...
But we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel not only did not deteriorate, but became better!!!
Some furniture has been updated, new buildings and new infrastructure have appeared, which made the stay even more comfortable!
We were seated very quickly. The staff is friendly, pleasant and attentive. Hello and thank you Maya for the hospitality and cordiality! We asked for a room with a sea view (because we booked the usual land view standard) and for a small extra. we got a great room with 2 large beds, a sofa, a seating area with armchairs and an AWESOME sea view!!!
The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed… the hotel is immersed in greenery. The pools are clean and well looked after by the appropriate staff.
Sea!! ! The sea is wonderful! Clean, warm... due to the fact that the hotel is located in a bay, there are practically no waves and the sea is most often calm. The beach is sand with small pebbles. Yes, as many write, there are stones in the sea. When entering, there are not many of them and you can get around them (the first day, of course, reconnaissance... you need to be careful), and at a depth - large boulders are often found. BUT! For us, this was only a plus, because when swimming in the sea (especially with a child), this is a great opportunity to take a break. Those. you are swimming in the sea and bam, you have a big flat rock under your feet where you can stand and rest. And near such stones there is a huge number of beautiful Mediterranean fish - a real underwater kingdom ! ! Take your masks with you - you won't regret it! ! The beach is excellent, the sand is clean, the sun loungers, although not new, are in good condition, the staff keeps order. Bar and snack bar nearby. Is there always something to eat and drink?
Food: in our opinion, everything was more than good! Delicious and varied food. Chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, liver, a variety of fish (every day and in large quantities) - grilled, baked, stewed, steamed, kebabs, cutlets... Vegetables that your heart desires - fresh salads, baked, spicy, marinated... Side dishes: rice, potatoes, casseroles, pasta (all in a variety of designs). There is a huge selection of sweets - sooo delicious! Fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches, apricots, grapes, apples, oranges, grapefruit… everything is fresh, ripe, juicy. Lots of fresh pastries: bread, buns, lavash, tortillas, pizza. . . Delicious soups!!
People, are you serious? Isn't that enough to eat? How do you eat at home?
We have never eaten the same thing - every day something new, and every time very tasty! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks…everything was great! Special thanks to the hotel chef (it should be noted that the same chef worked back in 2017 - we were pleased to see him again and this is a kind of positive mark for the hotel - the constancy of the staff).
And most importantly, no queues (or rather, they are... but small and very short-lived) - you can always find a table, take a meal and drink. And for this hotel thanks to all the staff! The guys work like bees, always friendly and attentive. Pay attention, if you smile at a person, have a positive attitude and show respect, then you always get the same in return!! ! This is for comments about rudeness on the part of the staff... maybe you first need to pay attention to your behavior and your emotions...
There are no complaints about the cleaning and maintenance of the room either. The room was cleaned every day, the mini bar was replenished every other day (or as needed). And for the left $ 1 for the maid (left every other day) - every day we found swans, flowers and hearts made of towels, on the beds - a trifle, but so nice? )
Animation in the hotel is also available. And by the way, some of the guys from the animation team also remained the same, which also pleasantly surprised us ! ! Mini disco and show program every evening. In the afternoon, respectively, daytime entertainment and activities. We were not very involved in this, but according to the reviews of vacationers it was fun and interesting!

We drove under the UAI program, we didn’t feel the difference between AL. The food is ordinary, not surprising. As for alcohol, it’s a separate conversation altogether, bartenders don’t pour anything other than beer, vodka, mojito. Dancing in the morning will take the pool, it is difficult to call animation. The disco is open from 22:00 to 23:30 - this is for adults. Guides at the meeting warned that it was not worth arguing and swearing with the Turks, if they deceived you, this is the norm, they also want to earn money.
Prices for excursions are cosmic. There are many who want to send you to a fur and leather store, but it’s better not to go there, because if you don’t buy anything, sellers attack you and it’s difficult to escape from their captivity. The hotel administration does not regulate this issue in any way. They complained, but they explained that these people receive a percentage of the goods sold to customers, and they cannot influence this issue.
The only plus of the hotel is the sea and it's hard to call it a plus, since the sea is all in large stones. And what is seen in the photo of the hotel is true, there are places where you can normally go into the sea, but there are really a lot of stones. SETTLEMENT - Terrible horror!!!
Having previously read the reviews, I knew about the problems with the settlement, but still hoped that we would be able to avoid them, it was not there! Check-in on 14.07 at 14.00, we arrived at the hotel at 20.00, at the reception they say that there are NO free standards, they offered to spend the night in the economy, and in the morning they will see what can be done... They flatly refused to check into the economy (closet without windows and doors). At first I tried to insist that they provide the standard paid for by us - it's useless, then my husband went to resolve the issue for $ - they said no anyway, as a result, tired with a child, they waited in the lobby until 01.00 already on 15.07 !!!!! ! And only at one in the morning we were finally settled in the standard!
Every 2nd had problems with the settlement - someone spent the night in the economy, someone was settled for 2-3 days in the neighboring Incekum (cheaper and worse than the paid Select). Yes, only Russians have problems - foreigners are settled instantly.
Housekeeping is average but not bad. Almost every morning they woke up with a knock on the door and asked how many people were in the room - I say three, in the end they left only 2 sets of towels for 3! Called the reception - brought later. On the fifth day I went down to the reception desk with a request to change the bedding (according to the hotel concept, linen is changed every 3 days), the request was recorded. On the sixth day, she pulled back and slightly folded the sheets on the bed - a hint from the maid to change the linen - a complete ignore, she tucked the old one in again! Again turned to the reception - changed the same. In the 2nd week, I just took off all the bedding and put it on the floor. We return from the beach and see a cleaned room with the same pile of linen on the floor. We catch the maid - the linen says "finish"! )))) We sailed! I called the receptionist....)))))))) A miracle happened, the linen was found.
ROOM - excellent, large and spacious, with a large balcony. We had 3637 with a view of the road - very noisy and dusty, but there are no complaints about this, because I did not pay extra for a sea view (by the way, the man who paid for a room with a sea view was settled in the usual standard with the same view of the road ! ))) The refrigerator cools very little, the air conditioner turns off automatically every time you open the door to the balcony.
FOOD - standard, no one will remain hungry, minus - unripe and half-rotten fruits of the lowest quality. 1 time in 2 weeks they took out a bowl of strawberries, which was "demolished" in a couple of seconds - whoever had time, he ate....a couple of times cherries - the same story. Huge queues for food, for fried eggs every morning stood in line for half an hour....
From 15:00 to 17:00 at the beach bar they give out free, very tasty ice cream, for which you need to stand in a long queue in the sun. . .
ALCOHOL - swill, you can’t call it otherwise.
This is our second trip to Turkey, the first time we rested this year in Mirada del Mar near Kemer (were wildly delighted), we planned to go to Tunisia in July, but the travel agent dissuaded us at the last moment, frightening us with terrible jellyfish at that time, and threw off the options in Turkey. After monitoring the rating and reviews on Top Hotels, I chose the ill-fated Ozkaymak Select... Everything happened spontaneously, having replayed the choice in an hour, we got our "lottery". I was ready for some difficulties according to reviews, changed a bunch of little things for $ 1 for a tip. As a result, a beach employee every morning for $ 1 borrowed 2 sunbeds for us under a canopy on the beach (daughter hung out in the pools). There was a war for sunbeds! For each beach towel $10 deposit at the reception. Towels on the beach are stolen, every day someone lost their towels. . .
BEACH - large, narrow, a lot of sunbeds, but not enough for everyone. Entry into the sea is very bad, rocky, you can go only in 2 places where a lot of people are drowning - you will see right away. The water is mostly clean and transparent, you can swim to a depth away from the crowd and rest on a stone. The water in the sea is too salty, the eyes immediately start to hurt and the skin on the face tingles (because of which my daughter preferred to swim in a chlorinated pool, the Black Sea is somehow dearer... ).
Good bartenders in the beach bar - Shamil and Bakir, very friendly and positive guys. When I approached, already knowing me, they immediately prepared mineral water as I like - with lemon and ice. It is impossible to drink cocktails - a terrible sweet chemical mixture I don’t understand what... (OOOO, what delicious cocktails were in Mirada del Mar... ! )
Suraya, an employee of the hotel, is sitting in the lobby - a sweet girl who is trying to soften the anger of angry tourists.
I would like to note the magnificent hairdresser (master wagon) my husband and I had a haircut. Very cheap (only $10) makes great model haircuts.
I took with me a clothesline for drying clothes, clothespins and a small inflatable pool instead of a basin.

We bought a last-minute tour and only after the purchase began to read reviews. Most alarming is that the hotel administrators can send guests to spend the night for 1 or more nights in a strange room with a narrow loophole in the very corner of the room.
We booked and paid for a room with a balcony and sea view. We arrived after 14.00, when the rooms should be ready to receive guests. Administrator Burak, together with another administrator, immediately began to ask us strange questions, the answers to which they perfectly saw in their electronic ordering system. For example, "Did you book a standard room? " "No", we said, "with a sea view". We were told that they did not have such a free room and offered to stay in a nearby hotel, and come to eat at this one. I replied that this does not concern us, we want what we paid for. This was followed by the offer of a room on the first floor with a balcony directed towards the sea. We saw them later, only trees can be seen from the balcony.
Then we were told a story about a Russian plane that did not arrive and did not pick up Russian tourists, and therefore there are no free rooms. Keep in mind (! ), if this happens, then not the hotel, but the tour operator arranges accommodation for tourists where they find free rooms.
We were told there were NO rooms and no matter what we did it would not help us. It would be better for us to go to spend the night in that same magical room with a loophole window, which we read about. Good.
Then we called our company NAZAR and introduced them to the essence of the matter. They promised to contact us and wait. After a fairly short time we got a call, my husband spoke. The NAZAR hotel was told that there was a double booking. And her husband told them a story about a plane. We had faith. Then there was another call from the tour operator. We went back to the reception and realized that the admins had been kicked! The tone was ingratiating, we were asked to spend a very, very night just one night in that strange room, and the next day we could go and choose a room that we like and on any floor! It was in the evening, we were tired, ate, walked and went to bed. I advised the admins to lie equally to us and tour operators.
The next morning, we were given a key card for a new room and assured that we would like it very much, asked to remember their names (it is not clear why), especially Burak. In short, the room was just super!
The husband wrote an SMS to the representative of the tour operator that he did not want to pay for the first day in connection with the incident. The representative of the tour operator came to us the next day and said that they have a standard procedure for compensation of 7.000 rubles (1.000 crowns) per day. We received a receipt for the transfer of money! The tour operator, in turn, will receive this amount from the hotel.
The coolest thing is that all subsequent days in the bar on the first floor we were courted like relatives. As soon as we came, more often my husband? , to sit and check something on the Internet, someone from their bar immediately came up and offered to bring everything that we would like. Passing by later, they grabbed dishes and asked if we wanted anything else! So we laughed at them until the end of the stay.
Tip: do not argue with the reception yourself, let your tour operator do it for the money you paid! Then you will save your mood for the whole vacation.
What I want to note is the excellent work of the massage therapist in the hotel. My gratitude to him knows no bounds.

We arrived at the hotel at night... we were provided with a room, however, the air conditioner did not work, the toilet bowl did not work, the towels were dirty, not cleaned after the previous guests. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room. There is no pen or pencil. There are only 2 bottles of 0.33 liters in the Mini bar. water. We had to negotiate for an hour (there was no Russian-speaking manager, we had to communicate through Google translate), wait for the master (later the toilet bowl broke again). There was no crib and potty (toilet-potty for baby) for a three-year-old child (later, we had to buy a toilet-potty for baby ourselves in the village). There was no Internet (Wai-Fai) in the room, although this was one of the conditions for purchasing a ticket at a travel agency. Plus, the boorish behavior of the reception staff Burak and Said (I looked at the reviews - they already had negative reviews before). All attempts to complain and invite the leadership were only sneered - "you can complain to the president" (the question is which one? ). I had to contact the head of the Murad Bey hotel through the guide-manager of the travel company.
The holiday mood seemed spoiled. The territory is really well-groomed, there are swimming pools, including a children's one (only one problem is that they are heavily chlorinated, that even a few meters from them you can smell - it just stinks of bleach), there are slides. Meals are for adults, a varied choice, but feeding a three-year-old child is problematic (unfortunately, there are no cereals, children's soups. In general, there is no children's menu). Good selection of fruits and vegetables. Thanks to the chefs, but the service staff - a minus. Due to the large number of vacationers, workers do not always have time to clean the tables, some react "negatively" to comments and requests to clean the table. Old tablecloths, slow waiters. . . It seems that they are already very tired from work and tourists.

Someone has already written about problems with the exchange of beach towels and the return of a cash deposit for them. We also faced this. At the reception there is an announcement: “dear guests If you want to take a beach towel, please contact the reception $ 10 deposit in exchange for a card. Have a nice rest. ". On the eve of departure, upon the return of beach cards, they began to require us to present a check, which no one warned us about (it was not written in the announcement), refusing to return the deposit (at the same time, a copy of the issued check was found at the reception). But even this can be overcome, after a long explanation, thanks to the Russian-speaking manager, the deposit was returned to us. Departure from the hotel at 5:45 am, Given the early departure, they asked Burak and Said (there was their evening shift) to prepare for the morning - three lunch boxes with breakfast, I wanted to have breakfast and feed my grandson at the airport (the road was more than 2 hours, and departure at 11:10). What a surprise and horror we had before leaving, when, not understanding the Russian language, the night manager brought two sandwiches wrapped in film, instead of a lunch box thermo box. And this is a 5* hotel. I photographed this miracle for memory. Eating these sandwiches, after three hours it was simply dangerous. In order not to get poisoned, it was decided to throw them out at the airport. From such things and develops a negative attitude towards the hotel, eliminates what was good.
Summarizing the above, I want to turn to the owner (Mr. Ozkaymak) and the hotel management - if you position yourself as a hotel with a 5 * ultra all inclusive system, then such "trifles" are not acceptable. This drops interest in the hotel and in Turkey.
