Tour operator TezTour. Everything is on time, accurate, no complaints.
Arrived early, immediately gave room 216 on the second floor. The view from the room is beautiful, everything works, I liked the room. The territory is very beautiful, green, compact, cozy. Liked the beach too. The entrance to the sea is convenient and better than in other hotels. When we walked along the coast, we realized that we had the prettiest place. The sea is clean, only near the shore it is cool due to underground springs. Further - warmer. There was always a calm in the morning, a breeze in the afternoon and a slight roughness of the sea.
The food is VERY modest, the choice is weak, salads and sweets for dinner were not very tasty. True, the fish and chicken were well cooked. In the evening, every day they gave watermelon, once there was a melon. It was the weakest meal in our 11 stays abroad. But we were all equally hungry. We bought fruit, beer and water in Bodrum at the Tansas store, which is located behind the parking lot. Oriental sweets - in the Babil center (inexpensive and good quality). On weekdays, if you walk along the coast to the right of the hotel, there is a market where you can buy cheap fruit. On Friday evening we got to the big bazaar in Bodrum in front of the Tansas store. Delicious corn (3 lira) and sweet donut balls (5 lira a small boat) are brought to the beach. In general, the extra pounds still brought.
The village itself is small, there is nowhere to go. But it’s good that every half an hour dolmushes go to Bodrum (one-way fare 3.5 lira) and we went there several times for a walk. Independently visited the fortress (entrance 20 lire). Spent 2.5 hours there. Calmly, without fuss, everyone looked. The views are beautiful. Since we have already seen a lot of things in Turkey, we were able to choose at the local agency only a tour of the Aegean Sea on a yacht for 13 lira without a transfer from the hotel with lunch, drinks for an additional fee. There were five bathings in different bays, including Chernaya (the entrance to the cave is 5 lira). In general, I liked it, but I also saw more interesting places. There was a strong wind, so it was not very comfortable. But still had a good day.
The hotel is mostly Turks and already a lot of Russian. There are a lot of children, but apart from the sea, they have nothing to do there. True, the entrance to the sea for children is good. In the evening there was always live music, designed mainly for the Turkish public. There were also retro compositions in English. At the end of the holiday a little tired of the same boring repertoire. Artists obviously need to rethink it.
It is very good that there is free Internet, it worked even in the room. The hotel guide gave us 2 access point codes. It is convenient to communicate via Skype with loved ones. There is a safe in the room with a key, rent is $5 per week. We didn’t need it, especially if it had a code, and I don’t see the point in such a safe, to drag around with one more key, and not all valuable things would fit into it. We closed everything in a suitcase, and nothing was missing from us.
And now about the service at the hotel. The staff either got tired already, or very relaxed along with the management, but we did not feel any interest in the work, designed to increase the prestige of the hotel. All very forgetful and some sleepy. Requests (not only ours) were not immediately responded to. They only cleaned our room twice. It turns out that they didn’t have a spare key for our room, but I found out about this on the third day of my stay at the hotel, after I asked the reception why they didn’t clean our room. If I hadn't asked, no one would have remembered us. But I didn’t really bother about this, since we are not piglets and there was no particular need to clean the room, but we were tired of taking out the garbage in the trash cans outside the territory. Then I had to give the key to the cleaning lady herself, so that she cleaned and changed the towels. Do they really not want to earn their baksheesh, which we left every day. We encountered this for the first time. But this is not the most important thing, we did not pay much attention to it, we rested, enjoyed the sea and the landscape. But upon leaving the hotel, we spoiled the impression of the hotel. We were picked up at 7:20 in the morning, we handed over the key to the sleepy guy at the reception. The guide stayed to deal with other tourists from Russia with a bill for the water they bought at the bar, and we went to the bus. And then the guide comes running to us and tells us to pay some bill for 40 lira. He says that the hotel is not “all inclusive” (we don’t seem to know and don’t understand this), and that we supposedly dined at the restaurant. But we didn’t use any paid services at the hotel, didn’t even come close to the bar, and we had to make excuses, like children, that the bill was not ours. At the same time, a bus full of sleepy tourists listened to how the showdown was going on. We were very uncomfortable. But when the guide said that again we had to deal with the bills, we realized that this was the norm there. It is not clear whether the tourists from the lantern say the number of the room, and no one controls this, or they themselves do not understand what they write. Moreover, they do not understand Russian at all and English is bad. So if there are any problems, you need at least a little knowledge of the English language so that you can explain them. A hotel guide is rare in a hotel, only when new tourists arrive, so you don’t express your claims and wishes to anyone, and you don’t want to call her again. So repeat the school curriculum.
Conclusion. The hotel is good. Very close to the sea, beautiful area, relatively flat terrain. The rooms are comfortable, but it seemed better to us on the second floor. The restaurant is clean. The beach and territory are cleaned worse. It would be necessary for them to tighten up the service, improve the food slightly, work with the staff, improve the payment control system for the services provided, or better, switch to the all-inclusive system, and there will be no price for the hotel.
Despite the spoiled mood upon departure and the remaining unpleasant aftertaste, I’ll have a good rest, because they didn’t pay much attention to the little things, realizing that miracles should not be expected from 3 stars.

We are very pleased with the hotel: cozy, beautiful, quiet, clean. The territory is small, but well-groomed, green: many palm trees, banana trees, figs, pomegranates. The private beach is right next to the hotel. Descent into the sea from the pontoon along the ladder. The bottom is clean and sandy. The sea is clean. There is a pier from which you can jump. No water transport will prevent you from swimming away from the coast. You can rent catamarans, water skis, which, by the way, the owner of the hotel likes to ride in the morning. This did not interfere with the rest, even entertained vacationers during breakfast. If you wish, you can learn how to water ski for 20 lira under the strict guidance of the hotel owner (the first race is free).
The room had everything you need: a double bed and a single bed, a shower room combined with a bathroom, a TV, a hairdryer, a table with two chairs on the balcony. Moreover, the hotel is built in such a way that all rooms either sideways or directly overlook the sea.
The room was cleaned daily and towels changed; change of linen - 2 times a week. By the way, from the second day we had fresh flowers in our room.
The staff is very pleasant, responsive and unobtrusive. Speak English.
We were satisfied with the food (HB): breakfast, afternoon tea (tea with gingerbread at 17:00) and dinner. The choice of dishes, especially for breakfast, may seem monotonous to some, but everything was always fresh.
There is no animation in the hotel, which, however, cannot be attributed to the minuses: you can safely relax on the beach. Live music is played in the evenings, the owner of the hotel often likes to delight vacationers with his singing! The repertoire of the hotel pleasantly surprised: here you will not hear annoying noisy modern hits; in the morning - pleasant music in the New Age style, in the evenings - foreign stage (retro), sometimes songs in Turkish.

The village is located in a small bay protected by hills overgrown with coniferous trees.
On Mondays in the village there is a bazaar with a good selection of fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheese and other products, as well as knitwear and souvenirs at reasonable prices (i. e. cheaper than in Bodrum).
Bodrum can be reached for 3 lira by minibus, which runs every 30 minutes and stops right outside the hotel, takes you to the bus station (nicknamed "garage" by the locals). There is a small TANSAR supermarket in Bodrum (just behind the "garage"), food prices are lower than in the local market and the waterfront.
In Bodrum, it is worth visiting the fortress (entrance - 10 lira), located on the waterfront.
It is advised to change money at the local post office (yellow sign with the inscription PPT). It is located on the right side of the central alley leading from the "garage" to the embankment.

Excursions: On the left side of the same alley, before reaching the post office, you will meet DIRECTOUR TOUR, to which I would like to express special thanks.
There you will surely find Olga, who will not only answer all your questions, advise excursions, but also make a discount on them. We took a two-day Ephesus-Pamukkale tour for $75, refusing our tour operator's offer to visit Ephesus and Pamukkale separately for $60. each. On a two-day excursion, you save mainly your time and effort. So, for example, the road from Bodrum to Pamukkale would take you 3.5 hours each way. If you eat for two days, then on the first day you visit Ephesus, the house of the Virgin Mary (optional and for an additional fee - 25 lira), in the evening you arrive at a 3 * hotel near Pamukkale itself, which, accordingly, you can see at night, walking in park with lakes near these snow-white travertines. And, of course, get enough sleep and gain strength for new experiences (dinner and breakfast at the hotel are included in the price of the tour).
In the afternoon you will have a walk along the travertines, an independent tour of the ancient city of Hierapolis, swimming in the thermal pool of Cleopatra with mineral water (36 ° C), entrance - 25 lire. If you decide on such an excursion, do not forget to bring bottles for mineral water from the Cleopatra pool (really tasty, but it “lives” in a plastic bottle for no more than 24 hours), as well as for water from the spring near the house of the Virgin. The tour was led by Russian-speaking guide Alena, very well-read, able to present information in an interesting way. One of the guys from our group remarked: “We have never listened to a history lesson with such interest. ”

In a word, rest in the "Aquarium" is ideal for those who want to take a break from the bustle of the city, like to contemplate the beauties of nature, and do not need animation. We were surprised that for little money you can have such a good rest.

The territory of the hotel is very green, well-groomed, there is even a pond with fish and a cage with birds. However, the territory is quite small, even tiny, so keep that in mind. One couple who came with us were disappointed, saying that the photos on the hotel website were not true. It is not true. The photos of the hotel are completely true - the hotel is very picturesque, but tiny, so don't expect to see several acres of gardens.

The hotel is located with the letter "P", the building is three-story. All rooms have a balcony and overlook the small pool, there are 10 rooms facing the sea, but since there is also a bar, these rooms can be noisy in the evenings.
Rooms on the first floor have a second exit through a balcony / terrace to the pool or to the bar, however, the door from the terrace cannot be opened with a key, so you can only exit through it, you have to enter from the "main entrance", from the corridor, which is a pity. True, it will take you an extra 2 minutes.

The rooms are also small but clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need (TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe (5 usd per week). The bathroom is combined, with a shower, from bath accessories - only soap, but this is not 5 *. The furniture is not new, but in good condition Linen and towels were changed daily and the floor was washed.

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The bar is right on the beach, so you can dine while watching the sunset. Live music plays in the evening, the embankment is illuminated, lamps are placed on the tables. It turns out very romantic. The sea is very close (2 minutes from the room). The bay is small, the descent into the sea is convenient (from the platform), there is sand under your feet.
A little further on the waterfront is the Agean Garden Hotel AI, but you won't get the atmosphere of this hotel. Ordinary Turkish 3 * at their worst, in my opinion. There are also many restaurants on the embankment, the cost of lunch is about the same as in a hotel (15-17 usd), only the food is better. Restaurants offer meat and fresh fish. We went to have lunch there. You can also have lunch at the hotel (take a buffet or order from the menu, and one serving is enough for two). On the first day, we ordered lunch at the hotel from the menu, but we did not really like it. At 17.00, as already mentioned here, they give tea and biscuits for free.

The staff, as mentioned, are friendly and helpful. Quite attentive to requests, responds quickly. Despite the fact that the "check-in" at the hotel at 14.00, and we arrived at 10 am, we were settled in 15 minutes. True, there were few people in the hotel at that time, and the rooms were empty.
The only BUT: at check-out, when we paid at the reception for drinks and lunches, they wrote down to our room what we did not take. I don’t think that this was not done intentionally, rather due to inattention: the staff simply remembers your order and never bothers you with receipts, in which you must sign for the drinks ordered at dinner and take a copy for yourself. As our experience has shown, this is forever justified. It is better to ask them for checks right away, however, most likely they will not give them to you anyway, saying with a smile that you have nothing to worry about. But you can safely say that this and that you did not order and do not pay for what you did not take, as we did. This did not cause a protest and we did not have any problems when we were discharged at 6 in the morning.

For whom the hotel is designed: for those who love a quiet and relaxing holiday, without fuss. Perhaps it will not suit young people under 30 years old and lovers of "hang out" there can also be bored.
But for all those who just need the sun, clear sea, greenery, calm atmosphere, the hotel will appeal. Families with older children (after 10 years) will also be fine there. Children under 10 in this hotel will have nothing to do, because there are no children's and playgrounds there, the pool is deep, the entrance to the sea for kids is also not designed.

We really liked the hotel. We got what we wanted, especially since it was quite inexpensive (we paid 300 usd per person for 4 nights/5 days, including flights, insurance, transfer, fuel surcharge and visa). We rested together from August 15 to 19.2009.

I am writing specifically to recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is 3 *, although sometimes they write that it is 4 * stars or "special class". No, it's still 3*, but very good 3*.
