1. The first room (my husband and I shared) was the best; everything was fine except for the crooked toilet.
2. The second room, in the attic, went to another couple. It was small, the bed was right across from the entrance, the air conditioner blew directly in their faces, and they had to cover it with a towel. The shower constantly smelled of sewage, making it impossible to stay in the room. There was also no hot water for the entire week!
3. Two 19-year-old boys (half-brothers) were staying in the third room. We were afraid, knowing Turkish law, that they wouldn't be allowed to share a room. But imagine our surprise when they were given a room with a double bed! When we went to the reception to argue, the staff brought a folding bed and a sheet instead of a blanket! They promised to provide two identical beds the next day. The next day, they said they couldn't move them until the following day. So, on the third night, the boys were moved to a room with two single beds, but again, they didn't bring one sheet. In short, it was impossible to get what they were supposed to without arguing.
4. The last room was supposed to be occupied by a woman with a 2-year-old child and my 15-year-old daughter. They weren't related. We agreed with the tour operator that the room would have one single bed for the daughter and one double bed for the woman and child. In the end, we got a room on the lower ground floor next to a garbage dump that smelled terribly. It had one double bed and a fold-out chair—no pillow, blanket, or sheet. It was as if all three of us were supposed to sleep in the same bed! When I asked the staff member why the room didn't match our reservation, he said it was the hotel's concept and they didn't have any other rooms (a lie). He eventually agreed to bring bedding for my daughter, but they didn't give us a towel until the next day. In the morning, we went to demand a room with a proper bed for our 15-year-old daughter, as the chair wasn't level, and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Instead, they brought a portable crib, also without a blanket and only a decorative pillow without a pillowcase. We complained about the situation to the operator (CORAL TRAVEL), who promised to look into it, but did nothing. The receptionist claimed the hotel was overbooked and they were even transferring guests to other hotels (why the hell would they be taking so many guests then??? ). In the end, they finally moved us to a suitable room after three days, only because the hotel was filming a video with tourist reviews, and our guests also gave an interview in which they complained about the situation. After that, the manager promised to fix everything. But in the end, the new room also had no hot water, and the shower smelled terribly of sewage. We no longer had the strength to argue; our vacation was ruined!
The food at the hotel is terrible; almost everyone vomited and had diarrhea. There aren't enough elevators for everyone, and there's never enough seating in the dining room at dinner! They run out of teaspoons very quickly! They boil eggs several times, the whites turn gray, and the chicken and salmon smell rotten!
We've never had such a negative experience before, even though we travel at least twice a year, and even in *** and **** star hotels we've never encountered such treatment!
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!! !
Food: monotonous, a lot of chemistry, in some 4 it was tastier and more varied. Sugar stuck together on the tables, toothpicks only at the reception desk. Once there were spoiled melons, peppers and often completely unbaked pastries. After someone from the hotel management had dinner (everyone was dancing around him, it was hard not to notice), everything changed dramatically for the better. All drinks are chemicals. In the bars by the beach and the pool, all drinks are also diluted. It is also necessary to look at plates, cups, cutlery carefully - they are often dirty. The waiter only once came over and offered drinks. So they went on their own, standing in line. Queues in the evening everywhere are very large, for everything. The Turkish night was interesting - the waiters just put on T-shirts with a flag and turned on the soundtrack of Turkish songs. Everything! No installations, no live music, no interesting dishes, no subsequent performance with national dances. What was a plus for me was the unobtrusive jazz tunes in the restaurant. This created a calming atmosphere.
Rooms and housekeeping: we had 2 rooms paid for. Dali on the ground floor. Attached is the view from the room. Noise, smell and other pleasures in the form of flies and mosquitoes you can imagine yourself. We are very tolerant and do not know how to scandal. Unfortunately. Therefore, we decided to ask at least one number to change. We got a lot of negative feedback! Numbers were given twice. One is worse than the other. We had one request - a quiet room, away from animation and ventilation. But we were thrown a card with the phrase: “This is the last option! ” Large room, beautiful sea view. The air conditioner does not blow at all on the bed. But! To the very animation! She pecked from a neighboring hotel during the day and until 12 at night so that the closed windows shook! Cleaned only on request and constantly forget something. We went to ask every day to replenish the bar, then return the towels, then the bathrobes, then change the linen at least once in 2 weeks... Requests were fulfilled, but not always and not immediately. All questions at the reception were answered with reluctance and even irritation. They wiped the middle of the room and rubbed a little in the bathroom. Everything. Somehow I moved the bedside table away, there were layers of dust, you could draw dusty patterns on the pictures with your finger. Towels, linen, stained curtains. No gels or shampoos. For the first time in all my travels, I had to go and buy all this in a pharmacy!
Another interesting thing is the design solution of all rooms - there is glass between the bedroom and the toilet. If at night someone goes to the toilet and turns on the light there, the whole room shines.
Disinfection and security: there are no disinfection devices on the territory of the hotel. Only at the elevator in the lobby and at the restaurant. There is no pool bar or beach bar. Maybe that's where rotavirus comes from. And, heavy! The daughter of 11 years old was taken out of severe intoxication only with injections. Okay, I got some medicine with me. The whole family was sick with a high temperature and all the symptoms of rotavirus. Two days of torment, then another recovery. From the neighboring rooms it was heard that people were also suffering. Where does rotavirus come from - there are many versions. Many wrote that from the pool, but we did not swim there. I guess from dirty dishes or a river nearby (it stinks of sewerage for a reason). There is no security. One visibility. There are no bracelets. For all the time we were asked for maps 1 time at the entrance to the hotel and 1 time by the sea. There is a construction site and an entrance yard nearby.
There are no clocks anywhere. It is not comfortable. It would be quite possible to attach a clock on the top floor of the hotel so that the time could be seen from the sea and from the territory.
Sea: the entry is hard, there are constantly cold currents from the river, the hotel guide warned that there are dangerous whirlpools, it is better to swim as far from the river as possible.
Animation: this has not yet seen! We were looking for animators and often did not find them) All tired, annoyed, feeling that they already hate tourists in their hearts. It has never been so boring. The schedule of darts and bocci is changed, then they don’t do anything at all. Same with evening shows. They say one thing, the result is quite another. Shows are monotonous every day - only some base bands are dancing. Visitors were 3 times. Pleased only the Cubans. It can be seen that the hotel saves a lot on this. Went over the fence to watch a show in a nearby hotel.
And the last thing - be careful in everything - on the minibus, ask for the cost when boarding, the amounts are different and the real price is only after swearing. The car can be taken only on the terrain no more than 50 km. Otherwise, the prices are completely different, they are called after signing the contract (they tried to take a car from the hotel).
And yet, to go to the hotel more than 2 hours from the airport.
On the territory of the hotel, the toilet is constantly whistling, which stands near the pool, even in the evening on the terrace of the lobby bar! The snack bar is closed, the beach bar is closed, there is one shower + one for the feet on the beach! There is no toilet! There are no wooden decks that lead to the sea! Umbrellas are small under which two vacationers need to manage not to burn out! There are no tents! "Wavy" paths from paving slabs, children fall! Gastrobaytors lay down) The pool is not cleaned! Sand on the bottom and floating hair, it's terrible! Food okay, drinks okay! But for some reason, very often we heard at 8-9 pm that the Chivas whiskey was over! And two days before departure, he became generally for money)) Very far from this hotel to 5, and even more so to Ultra!
