The hotel is 20 percent full, so there are no queues in the restaurant, there is plenty of food, the beach is huge, almost empty, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Among the shortcomings: the location of the hotel (no place to walk), no tennis table, very weak animation. The animator walks like an unawakened fish, there is no sense from him. The beaches of neighboring hotels are much better equipped.

The owner of the hotel offered an alternative option - to accommodate us for 2 days in another hotel - "NILBAHIR RESORT & SPA 5 *". Here we are at the "Nilbahir" hotel, the hotel is located right next to the gas station, there really is no territory, only a tiny pool. We were settled on the floor for staff, where instead of any view from the balcony there is a concrete meter fence, and instead of a king size bed there are three single beds like in the camp. The floor was sticky, no soap, no shampoo, nothing like that. We had to beg for it all from a kind maid. Then we turned to the reception with complaints, and then the hotel workers began to turn on the fools saying "my don't understand yours", and about the bed they said that we have such a standard double room in the hotel. We decided to contact the representative of the Anex tour, but we never found him, and then it turned out that Anex did not work with this hotel at all. That is, we simply have no one to turn to.
And another cherry on the cake: we bought a ticket to a hotel with a sandy beach on the first line. The beach is sandy only partially, the entrance to the water is pebbles, but the best thing is that it is located across the expressway.
In general, there is deceit at every step, no one cares about you, as a tourist, the main thing is the money in the box office, and there - do what you want.
