In general, we all began to ask in turn to be moved to others. We changed 3 rooms. As for the other five, the young man Ferat (that's what his name seemed to be) said that we should contact the tour operator and return the money. We arrived for a short stay, it was already 10 pm and we had to stay. The next day they brought a hairdryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, but the mood was spoiled. Another not pleasant moment. The flight was early and departure from the hotel was planned at 7 am. Breakfast from 7:30. They asked us to cover half an hour earlier. The same young man promised sandwiches at 6:45. We go down the hall, but there is nothing. The young man changed, and the one who worked only shrugged his shoulders. Ferat deceived us. Again the mood is ruined. The transfer was delayed and we asked to call from a Turkish number to find out the reason. They called and said that the hotel is not responsible for the transfer. The service was not satisfied.
