The hotel is neither 4* nor 3*. The only plus of the hotel is the location: near the metro and other transport, walking distance from the historical part of the city. This is where the positive ends. The rooms are terrible in places with cracked plaster, uneven wallpaper, trampled carpet and mold in the bathroom.

The rooms are terrible in places with cracked plaster, uneven wallpaper, trampled carpet and mold in the bathroom. And this is in one of the suites! At the end of our stay, due to a breakdown in heating, they moved to another room, in the neighborhood of which repair work was going on (left wing) - the noise from 0900 to 1800 was incredible! The hotel staff did not respond to a request to be moved to another room. The staff speaks Russian and English, there are no problems in communication, but they do not provide real help (including the general manager of the hotel). The breakfasts at the hotel are terrible! Last year we rested at the same time in 4 *, in Prague and there is something to compare with. In the pool, the water is + 27 degrees, clean, the prices in the pool bar can be compared with the prices in London hotels! hand do not advise to choose this hotel!

There is, of course, tea (for the sake of it, as it turned out, I visit Turkey, we don’t have this) and there is not enough time to cook again (and they brew it and the tea itself differs from ours in variety and freshness)

If you go up the street to the main road, you can eat tasty and cheap local food in a cafe, eat where there are a lot of locals. purely as for Istanbul, and the Zurich hotel is in the Laleli area (THIS IS THE AREA OF TRADERS AND CHEAP WHOLESALE).

All the residents of the hotel are shuttles from the CIS countries, dressed in Dolce Gabbana and Chanel! Well, it's still little things! On the ground floor there is a disco, it is impossible to sleep at night, there are constant fights and hubbub on the street! The rooms are disgusting, under the bed we found men's spicy-smelling socks and a pile of dust, there was no caring hand of the cleaner, probably from the very opening! In the closet, behind a spare pillow, was an empty box of lingerie! Most likely, a caring boyfriend gave his beloved after a stormy romantic night on creaky beds!
