We celebrated our anniversary here. We looked at the photos on the Internet and were intrigued, thinking that it was here that the holiday would succeed.
When ordering, "carousels" had already begun: different administrators communicated with us, and each of them was not aware of the fact that they were ordering a banquet hall and 7 rooms! (they made a 100% prepayment, which they also "did not see" afterwards).
We arrived at the area: beautiful, chic renovation, amazing pool, cozy rooms, delicious food. These are all pluses. I was struck by the terrible service, the rude girls at the reception, the rude security guard. Each of them seemed to have no idea that customers should be treated politely.

The cost of the pool was included in the price of the rooms, but when we got there, proceedings began: we still had to pay. The same applies to tips in the banquet hall: by default, we were counted 10% of the order, and the amount came out very impressive.
