We rented two standard rooms with large double beds on the 1st floor (No. 1 - 950 UAH, No. 15 - 1000 UAH). In room number 15: clean, warm, light, good repair, the room is free of foreign smells. The shower room had disposable shampoo and shower gel. They were only there because the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was broken.

The shower room had disposable shampoo and shower gel. They were only there because the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Toilets are clean, towels are clean. Would love to book a room again.
In room number 1 (it is corner, at the end of the house) I was struck by a terrible stench - the room was completely smoky. It was unbearable to be there, it stank to the point of suffocation. It was cold (although the heating is the same in all rooms, we compared the temperature of the radiators in different rooms - the same), but in room No. 1 from the cracks in the windows it inflates the cold. Curtains are thick, saved from direct blowing. The shower stall is old, with a fungus, but washed to the conscience, as far as it was possible to wash it. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower, but liquid soap in a dispenser. Toilets are clean, towels are clean. I would never stay in this room again because of the cold and the terrible stench of cigarette smoke that has eaten into the walls.
Both rooms had good mattresses, slept well, no noise from the street was heard with the windows closed.
We left at 7:30 am. We asked if we could have breakfast a little earlier, we were refused. Although, I don’t think it would be difficult for them, it’s just that the administrator decided so.
In general, the hotel is quiet and comfortable, the soundproofing is normal. Good infrastructure: transport stops, several supermarkets, pharmacies, a market, an excellent pizzeria nearby, everything is super.
I can recommend the hotel, but at the time of booking, check with the administrator about whether the room is smelly.

Terrible hotel and service. Opinion about the staff - some petty crooks. Settled on the first floor in a room, as it turned out later, double and at the same time single (understand this as you want). In a double, this is because they can accommodate two people, in a single, because the room is for one. Towels for the second person were completely absent, they were provided to us only late at night, after waking up the supply manager, after a scandal and a request to return the money for the room.

The room is considered single comfortable, since the size of the bed is 140 cm wide. It can be possible for two to fit on such a bed, but to sleep.... They also provided one blanket. At the time of booking there were several available rooms, at the time of arrival - not a single free room for relocation. Why was the staff so deceived, because they, like no one else, know about all the features of the hotel. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and there are no raptors in the rooms. They were not even provided upon request, when I demanded them at the reception in the morning. After a sleepless night, I attended a one-day seminar, for which I came to Kyiv, literally slept through all the lectures, I consider my visit to be fruitless, and the hotel that provides such services is simply disgusting. Guests must use the quality services of the hotel, the staff must be qualified and ready for any requirement of the guests. I strongly advise management to write service standards for their staff. For my part, I will help with a statement to the sanitary service - the hotel management should have an idea about the area of u200bu200bdouble rooms and the size of the beds, as well as how to deal with mosquitoes in the summer.
