At the end of June 2021, my family and I visited the so-called "restaurant and hotel complex "Uspih" on vacation. I thought for a long time, but still decided to leave my review about this institution in order to warn others who want to relax in this place.
Be careful and vigilant when booking this establishment!! ! We booked a room through booking, in the "special requests" column we noted that we want to use the hotel's free parking (it is indicated in the hotel description), the website also indicates FREE cancellation until 18.
We go to Kremenchug on business trips, we always book this hotel by phone, because it is near the enterprise. I don’t argue, there is a dog there, since there are other houses nearby, you can never hear it behind a closed window.
What we saw here, we did not meet even in the most lousy hostels. The rooms have shabby furniture, a creaky bed, outdated plumbing in the bathroom. The TV did not work well, it was dirty, the stench was terrible, everything stinked.
