The kitchen didn't work ...Sparkling wine for 400 hryvnias was not available, champagne was offered for one and a half thousand instead ...And imagine my shock when they brought me tea from a used package ...

The hotel was chosen at the last moment on the eve of departure. During a telephone conversation with the hotel, it turned out that of the available rooms there was one single room with a single bed for 1150 UAH, in which they promised to accommodate my husband and me without additional surcharges, while assuring that this was the price per room, and not per person.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there is a possibility of settling in a single room, but for an additional fee. fee 200 UAH. and in general, no one could promise us to settle without additional payment. And then it suddenly turns out that they have a 2-month number for 1300 (although for some reason it was not there yesterday). Well, what to do... agreed. Although for a hotel of this level it is a real shame to fool people!
Before leaving, at 6.30 in the morning, they asked the reception for coffee, to which they heard in response that the restaurant opens at 7, and call there in half an hour.
I didn’t want to swear, because. like to have come to rest. But I don't want others to be fooled like we are. This hotel is not worth that kind of money, some show-offs.

The hotel itself has a terrible smell of cigarettes, it is allowed to smoke in the rooms and therefore there is a stale smell of cigarettes in the corridors. The situation is the same in the restaurant. They smoke right in the restaurant. This is not acceptable for such a hotel, especially since the price is quite high.
