First of all, I liked the interior of the hotel, as well as the presence of a mini-kitchen, which literally untied our hands, because according to the promotion, breakfasts were not included in the price. The only thing in the room is a small set of dishes, but upon request, we were provided with everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the location of our room, the windows from our room overlooked the courtyard, and when the hotel guests went out for a smoke break, the room was filled with tobacco smoke, we had to close the window and turn on the air conditioner.
A good hotel that is worth the money, next time we will not even choose, we will immediately come to you)))

More precisely, a copy of it, if I pay in cash. . . and why can't I be placed in a regular room if there is one. . . and it turns out I INTERFERED HER TO PERFORM THE WORK. . Wow. . . and I thought that her job is just to smile at me and put me in a room. . if there is one. . . she didn't even remember about the breakfast included in the price of the room. . . but the apofigee of this fiery was a call to the room with the most important message about the need to remove MY CAR FROM WRONG PLACE!! ! from what such a place and where it is not clear. . . because MY CAR was at least 600 km from this hotel. . . Everyone decides for himself where he settles. . . find out why the slippers, bathrobe or breakfast were zhaloblen. . but if there is a desire to communicate with a sweet and intelligent person. . . a professional in his field. . ; -); -); -) I think you need it here!! !

We immediately understood that it was much further from the center and were ready to put up with it) But if we walked from Osipov to the center on foot, then we have to go here.
Just entering the room, the administrator turned on the light and something buzzed strongly throughout the room)) "The device will now heat up and the sound will disappear. " Not true, it just got a little quieter. The light had to be turned off. It was evident that the administrator often utters this phrase. Why not fix it?
In 2 rooms (both superior standard), which we occupied, there were no promised bathrobes, and only one had slippers. After contacting the reception on this issue, they still brought bathrobes to one room, they didn’t wait for slippers) It doesn’t matter, we thought))
The maid does a bad job. The shelf in the shower stall was rusty and dirty! All our personal belongings lying there were left in some kind of rusty slime. The toilet paper roll was alone and started. The shower is barely running water. Plumbing is frankly the cheapest. The shower head hangs so high that I, with my height (1.63 m), could hardly adjust it (the shower does not move in height). I did not want to ask at the reception for every little thing : (
Then we realized that all this is the little things of life in comparison with the fact that the hotel is completely lacking soundproofing. Believe me, I know the difference - between "good audibility" and "perfect audibility"))
Our friends lived under us and said that absolutely everything was heard, every step, we also heard our neighbors behind the wall, in detail! When walking, the floor backlashes so much that the cabinet doors were knocking against each other all the time. Our friends from below heard the same. . . Of course, it all fetters when you realize that any of your breath is heard. Friends in colors listened to the night of love of the neighbors on the side, that they themselves almost lit a cigarette : ))) (sorry, it's true)

Well, the most unpleasant thing was that we were asked to wait until the maid checks the room. Is everything whole and in place. In Klumba on Osipova, I don’t remember this, not even once. And I will never understand why. Upon check-in, we leave passport data. Is it even necessary to carry out this Soviet humiliating procedure for the client?!
Summary:
The hotel is a total disappointment (for us). Fortunately, we only spent the night there, and spent time in the beautiful city of Odessa. But we will not return any more, no matter what price they offer!
