I decided not to book a room in advance, but to come and make a decision on the spot. In the afternoon we went to "Spinach" and immediately stumbled upon the rudeness of the blonde at the reception.

- There is one for 1500 UAH.

- How? People live there. Look at Booking, all photos are true.
We went outside, looked at Booking - 4 rooms are free (?! ). As a result, they settled in Morskoy. As the daughter said: "Mom, I don't want to live with this unpleasant aunt! "
For those who are going to the hotel "Spinat" in Odessa.
Pros:
1. Proximity to the beach. Actually 30 meters to the entrance to Ibiza.
2. A small hotel, suitable for those who like more intimate accommodation.
3. Sea view from the 3rd floor.
Minuses:
1. The service is lame, they divide customers into their own (smiles to them) and strangers (rudeness to them)
2. The hotel is located on the second line.
3. There is no shelter from the sun above the terrace of the rooms on the 3rd floor. During the day it must be very hot.
4. At the level of the second floor, the view of the sea is blocked by a fence and the roof of some other building. Plus, strange people stood under the fence with us. In my opinion, choosing a hotel just because of the sea view is not worth it.
5. The hotel does not have a restaurant. It must have closed.
