After the scandal, they settled in another hotel 8 km away, in the basement without a pillow or blanket. And this is for 800 UAH. After calling the hotel, they said they would change the room. The room was shown, but they refused to relocate because I refused to withdraw the application from the booking. They took the money at full cost, as for the number indicated on the website when booking, they didn’t give a check, they said they would bring it at best the next day after 12:00. Looking for another hotel in the middle of the night I do not see the possibility. This kind of customer service should be punished.
