Three years in a row we rested in this resort from 2015 to 2017. We were very disappointed on our last visit. Where did the soul of this hotel go? Complete indifference in everything. Especially food. In 2015, I was bribed by the fact that there were many dishes of national Ukrainian cuisine. Pancakes every morning. For lunch and dinner, either diruns or skits, tsibulniki, some kind of tasty zrazy. Everything is cheap but made with love. Lately, it feels like the chefs just got lazy. They could not even fry pancakes for breakfast, or the management's policy was to save on the cheapest. Incomprehensible logic. Therapeutic procedures that were free a year ago have become exorbitantly expensive. One thing that pleased me was the SPA center, which worked relatively smoothly and fresh air on walks. But somehow I don’t want to pay such a lot of money for air. If nothing changes, we won't eat again. Although Truskavets is very loved.
