We rested with the family 16.10-18.10. 18 years old, the hotel is going to the bottom! It's an impression I've spent in the past. Rooms, furniture, plumbing, spa, everything is long out of date. When we were at this hotel in 2012, it is incomparable, everything was at the highest level, and now everything is very sad and very sorry for the money spent! ! ! ! ! ! ! Because the number is UAH 1.500 per night, not corresponding to this price. I was struck by the fact that the furniture was damaged, there were stains from cups on the tables, the carpet was all stained, it was noticeable all over the room that everything was sticky or sawed, unpleasant! And the bath in the gas station is absurd, because the dump near the toilet seems to be from 2000, all in rust, the dryer is the same, the taps are dirty and scary, there was a puddle on the floor all the time, because something was leaking. It is a pity that you can not attach a photo, I would confirm my words! ! ! ! ! And as long as we were in the room, there was never any hot water, there was just summer water, which could be washed for 2 minutes or more, because I could not stand the cold!
At the reception she met 2 women who demanded their money back, so cockroaches were running in their room and they were shocked by everything they saw in the room! I understand them!
The dining room is a separate topic in general, the food was absolutely tasteless, primitive and not appetizing AT ALL! ! ! ! ! I understand that type diet menu, but to be so tasteless! ! ! ! ! Appliances, cups and plates were very often unwashed, we had to look for the worst of the worst.

I don't know what year the coffee machine is, old, mega slow, in order to get a cup of coffee you had to press 3 times, ie 3 portions, so that at least half of the cup was there. Accordingly, the queue for that device is a kilometer, but the coffee was just lousy ("Desserts" were like just a bun with 1 millimeter layer of filling, looking just like bread, is it dessert?
Spa too, everything is outdated when we came to the spa, it was, attention! 5 sunbeds for all visitors, where to leave even their robes, was a problem!
The pool is not fully illuminated, several times kicked hard on various ledges and steps. Saunas are also semi-working, the temperature indicated on the door was not! In short, the hotel survives last, it's a pity, of course, that it disappears, but we will not go there any more money, even for free ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I will be so disappointed and embarrassed that I had to describe everything so that everyone would know what was going on! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! ! ! ! ! ! !
