Сплошное разочарование Total disappointment

We rested in "Geneva" Truskavets for the first and last time. I'll try to be objective.
Hotel pros:
- view from the window;
- not a bad diet food;
- SPA complex.
Cons of the hotel:
- the first is the site - everything is beautiful, luxurious, rich. Only expensive rooms are shown, but no one talks about those worn rooms and buildings (dirty, cold, miserable, just disgusting);
- there is no competent progressive management (a tourist is not appreciated, the concept of the hotel is “another will come, we are the same, what you didn’t like... others will come);
- at the reception when checking in a mess, everyone swears;
- buildings are cold and dirty, especially "Promenade", the elevator did not work (there is no electrician);
- bathrobes. . . this is a separate conversation. . . better without a bathrobe (dirty, stained, holes);
- SPA center. . . this is a feature of this type of hotel, but hygiene and cleaning are not their forte;
- a lot of fallen tiles, you can get hurt or worse;
- not enough towels;
- a lot of vacationers.
It's a pity that such a big hotel with good territory and great SPA. . . doesn't care about its image and doesn't appreciate tourists.
