I chose this hotel because I had been there before! But in September 2022, I regretted that I returned to Geneva again!
The rooms are old, they don’t clean them, for five days we were only given shampoos and gels upon arrival, then until the end of the holiday we could not beg for anything, towels are not changed, wet gray, bathrobes with holes, there is no water in the rooms!
Restaurant - There was practically no food left hungry and ate in paid cafes, it was disgustingly cooked, there was dirt on the tables, no knives, napkins worth their weight in gold, broken dishes!
SPA - very cold indoors, the water is cold in all the pools, the child in the children's pool pierced his foot with a nail!
