Very good hotel. Was in the Royal Grand building. Beautifully decorated rooms, everything worked perfectly, they cleaned very well, the noise from the street is not heard at all if you close the balcony, and there is no noise there, it’s good if a couple of cars pass by. The staff is well trained, all issues are resolved quickly.
In the medical center, of course, there are punctures, for example, there may be no hot water, and you won’t be able to take a bath at the right time, but no one forbids you to come at another time when the water appears, or it may still turn out to be on the same two people can come to the procedure, but also all issues with overlays are quickly resolved.
The food is very good, it was not the season, so there was always enough space in the restaurant.
A large number of guests from Azerbaijan did not like it, but by the end of the holiday they had left.

Of course, the most luxurious place in the hotel is the spa complex, where you can spend several hours in a row without noticing it. There are a lot of saunas, a large pool, a salt grotto, Japanese ofuros, salt baths, a heated pool with access to the street, a wellness center on the second floor with various massages and Ayurveda.
