This is just a nightmare, not a "star" hotel. Judge for yourself: in the Royale, the NEWest building, the air conditioners are no longer (or still) working, and the batteries are leaking. Nobody creates any promised super comfortable conditions. The staff either silently brushes aside, or is frankly rude.
SPA is a separate disaster area. The water is cold, and chlorine stinks like Soviet-era "technicians" are disinfecting.
