There is no closet in the room (although it is after repair), the double-glazed window is installed in such a way that we had to stuff the gap with a curtain at night (the master never came at our request) the maid did not work; the teapot was the cheapest and the water stank of plastic, and the maid gave out mugs on the 6th day (after they left her money), and a cup for toothbrushes on the second after my request; under the bed, when I climbed to get my slippers, I found a bunch of dust and a cosmetic pencil from the previous tenants; and the bed itself is not at all comfortable (small) once almost fell off it; the mini bar was not plugged into the outlet (because it was at the other end of the room : ))) and they didn’t even fill it at our request, so it remained empty, and it’s not cheap to buy water on the territory of the hotel - a small bottle costs 22 and 28 UAH Borjomi, like everything else is paid (only juices, compote and tea are free during meals in the dining room) this is about the room. The spa is good, only dirty (water with backlight did not get into the large pool, for one thing you can see all the garbage) on some site I read that the drain systems are not washed along the edges of the pool (I was convinced by my own experience), and those 16 saunas about the cat. they say, so: the salt grottoes never once smelled of salt (is it really hard to add salt to the system), they liked the boors and the Roman one. cat pools. go out into the street are very warm!! ! and the children's pool too. very good. Three swimming pools with various types of hydromassage. Body massages, for Muscovites, maybe not expensive 270 - 280 UAH. but for Ukrainians it’s not cheap (but they do Thai Filipino and Thai massage SUPER), we didn’t have free ones in the doctor’s appointment, but I saw others prescribe. The procedures are really free and not worth the money. and you already see the paid ones at the reception when they give you a printout, but they can be corrected (and if you refuse). Free baths - not bad, but often there was no warm water (the last two baths had to be done in cool - because I wanted to). To catch a cold - just caught a cold. . either because of drafts or because of the pool cat. goes out into the street. And the cleanliness throughout the hotel leaves much to be desired, especially surprised in room 205. (where most of the procedures take place) there are lumps of dust on the floor, it is clear that for a long time they did not even sweep, let alone wash the floors. and the girls (staff) at the procedures are very attentive and responsive (they always helped to complete all the procedures before the appointed time), so that there would still be time to walk around the park during breaks for drinking water and eating. But we had only positive impressions from the dining room, we ate on the second shift, we never had to wait for places, and no one did. there were no queues. . the tables were cleared quickly (the girls were smart), but only at the end I noticed that if I came at the end, the appliances were dirty (some were not washed, but simply wiped with napkins - they looked exactly like that), and the kitchen itself - there was always meat (pork, beef , turkey (was), chicken, steamed cutlets, fish meatballs, fried fish, various omelettes and fried eggs in the morning, milk porridge always, red fish in the morning (and by the way, there was always butter - otherwise I read somewhere that someone begged))) - we were more fortunate! in general, there were small nuances, but in general the kitchen was DELICIOUS!! ! they were not in the diet room, because, like in this one, it was not particularly fried, and the variety of vegetables was both fresh and stewed! and entertainment from Friday to Sunday. . . In general, you can still talk about the little things, but I think that this is enough, although, like we read all the reviews, we decided to test it on our own skin. . . it seems to be not critical, but if it all cost not that much money, we were told that not bad "Perlyna prikorpattya" (it seems to be called that), the Karpaty sanatorium (according to the stories, I realized that they have a large territory, and even have their own small zoo , but we didn’t go there), Chalet Grail, and of course Rixos (but it’s even more expensive), or you can go to Almaz (but it’s closer to Soviet times), and they also called it, but still it’s worth taking the choice seriously so as not to regret the money spent in vain. But all in all, we were happy with our vacation! For was to add on other sites that congratulations on your birthday at dinner - a cake and a gift certificate for a Filipino massage - nice : )
