We rested in this hotel from November 5 to November 14. We only managed to fly in, as flights from Russia were banned. They settled us at 14.00, as it should be. They didn't pay anything. The hotel was fully occupied, so there was no point in paying extra for early check-in. As soon as we arrived (there was a whole bus for people to check in), we were put on bracelets and we could do whatever we wanted while we were waiting for our number.
The room was on the first floor. In general, I liked it, everything is clean, tidy. The only downside is that the room is dark. Cleaned up every day. At what they did not formally clean it, but with wet cleaning and a change of bedding. There were no problems with water, they brought it. Towels were changed without problems too. The cleaner was left either a dollar or chocolate. He twisted different figures for us.
The hotel is large, clean, green, with different figurines from Disney. The hotel has many slides for both adults and children. On adult slides, lifeguards are everywhere and make sure that no one runs into anyone. The only thing I didn't like was that it was not cleaned when climbing the hills.

The hotels have several restaurants. One main, Asian and Mediterranean (works for tomorrow, lunch and dinner). There is also an Italian restaurant (only open for dinner). There is one paid Food Court, but it is mainly for those who come from other hotels to the water park (as the guides explained to us). The food at the hotel is decent. The meat is varied. There were fruits, a standard set: apples, pears, bananas, oranges, melons. Once gave persimmon. They even gave me oatmeal in the morning. I think everyone can find something for themselves in food. Also, excellent coffee is brewed to the left of the reception. We didn’t miss the chance to admire the beauty of the Red Sea and went to the Ras Mohamed nature reserve, it’s just UNDERWATER PARADISE.
Walk 5-7 minutes to the beach. Close. The beach is located in a bay and there is no wind on the beach itself, which is very good. Not cold. The water is also warm and it was not cold both to enter the water and to leave it. Lots of fish and fun to swim. There is a pontoon, but you can’t go down into the water from it. He, as I believe, for the contemplation of the surrounding nature))). In the first two days I swam without coral slippers. Then I decided to buy it, since the entrance to the right of the elevator is better and you can go in without them, but on the left it’s already scary (although I went in once). The beach bar is at the very end on the left. You can take drinks there, I don’t know about food, since we always went to the hotel to eat. It didn't bother us.
Animation in the hotel is. Every day there was a mini disco and an evening show. But I haven't watched them much, so I can't really rate them. I know that they also played different games throughout the day (darts, volleyball, etc. ),
Regarding the attitude towards the Russians. Everything was fine. Everyone walks smiling. The staff is kind. The restaurants were cleaned quickly, especially when the people began to disperse. You didn’t have time to finish your meal, and the waiters are already taking your plate)))))
There are shops both in the hotel and next to it... You can buy anything there. Hotel prices are higher.
In general, I liked the hotel very much. I would go again.
