We chose this hotel based primarily on reviews. We also looked to the area of ​ ​ the hotel to be large, heated pools, many children's areas. Check in went well, we waited 20 minutes. The first room in which we were settled did not suit us, after which we were moved to another excellent room, free of charge and without problems. Everything was in the rooms, cleaned regularly, towels changed, we liked everything. The food is varied, for both children and adults, we have no complaints about the food. Speaking about the location of the hotel, I note that everything was close, the market was next to the hotel, there was an excellent supermarket with good prices on the territory. The beach was not far, you could walk on foot, you could take a bus from the hotel. The beach is sandy, very good entry into the sea. And the fish were, near the reserve. I would like more heated pools, especially for children. We went on an excursion on a yacht, but we waited 1.5 hours for us to be let in there, as there were many tourists, many yachts. The guide was good, he told about the peculiarities of the country, how to behave, about insurance, about excursions, left his phone number. Every day he was at the hotel, you could ask him questions that you were interested in, a very sociable and pleasant guide. We liked everything about the hotel, we will definitely recommend it.
