arrived at the hotel on June 28 at 7 am. We were about ten families with small children. Despite the fact that the hotel clearly had empty rooms, we were not settled until 2 pm, and not a minute earlier!!! ! Exhausted children, who sat in the hall for 7 hours and slept and cried there... this is just a mockery! really let everyone go to have breakfast. After visiting the "restaurant" we were generally shocked! no food! The hotel is aimed at a children's audience, as it has a lot of water slides, but there is nothing for children to eat in the hotel !! ! for breakfast on dirty tables, you could only eat boiled eggs : ( after such "hospitality" we immediately called a representative of the tour operator in order to resolve the issue up to moving to another hotel !! ! after the scandal, a bunch of managers ran up to my husband and me with offers to cook personally for our family, just don’t move to us !! ! but these are just words !!! ! the beach is another story: you need to go to it by bus, but this is not a problem. Only if they cleaned up the beach : ( the moment when the parents started to feed the children at lunchtime, the managers commanded to start cleaning the territory of the cafe! children eat here, and nearby an Egyptian sweeps with a broom and rinses with water!
Towels are issued only in one place on a large territory of the hotel, which then you need to take with you to the beach and back from the beach. Thinking of issuing towels on the beach was not smart enough! but from July 03.2019, this hotel was deprived of the opportunity to use this beach, in connection with the reconstruction, and here the fun began! Vacationers with children were taken to some abandoned beach, dirty, uncleaned! All the vacationers gathered in the hall in hysterics, demanding to provide everyone with access to the sea and the beach!! ! But the administration does not react in any way!! ! Go wherever you want!! ! don't like it, don't go to the beach we rent!! ! No one of their administration is worried, does not think for vacationers !! ! Once again I advise everyone to think a hundred times, but do not go to such a viper, and even more so do not take your children !! ! I never write reviews, but now it's just a cry from the heart. A lot of money spent, hopes for a good rest, but was engaged only in the fact that they sorted it out for food, then for the beach. For all the time of the holiday I met only dissatisfied vacationers, everyone is outraged in restaurants, outraged on the beach, forgetting that they went to relax and improve their children's health! No no and one more time no!!!! !
