The hotel is great - clean, a huge variety of water park, beautiful rooms with large balconies. As for food: upon check-in (we arrived around 12 at night) we were sent to the main restaurant opposite the reception, I didn't like it there - the staff was unfriendly and dirty (but maybe not cleaned up after dinner), instead we ate at Cave du Roi - I have no complaints here, the food was quite varied, dishes and tables are clean, the waiters are extremely attentive.
Big minus - on the day of our arrival the hotel was left without a beach, drove somewhere 20 km. to the partner hotel, and back in 1 day - burned, of course, the whole family. The organization of transport to and from the beach is useless. Adults literally had to force children to go to sea with tears.
A separate item - employees at the reception. Unlike everyone else, they are completely unpleasant to communicate with.

Our air conditioner broke in the evening, my husband told them personally (the telephone service did not answer), but the master did not come, in the morning I went there myself and I was told that no one approached them (repairs had to wait another hour). With all the questions I had to ask anyone but them, because there was one answer "ask later". Well, like the icing on the cake - we were picked up from the hotel by plane at 2 am, and we had to arrive at 11 am, but no one provided breakfast on the way (I don't know, maybe it was supposed that we should go to beg him).
If you really want to be at sea, and not just entertain children in the water park, it is better not to take risks.
