Stayed in this hotel for the first time.
The reception staff is very unfriendly, some of the "characters" are quite rude.
Settlement. All good buildings are occupied by local vacationers. Vacationers from Ukraine and Belarus are settled in the most distant buildings or in a non-working water park. We were settled only the third time, and then only after a small scandal.
Accommodation number 8109, I will not say that it is super, but compared to the previously proposed options, it was a little better. Room cleaning every day. With swans, elephants and crocodiles on the beds)))
Food: it's terrible, there is no choice. The dishes are dirty, paper napkins are only on request))) Locals always and everywhere climb out of line.
Beach. The stated transfer time is not true, we had to wait up to 30 minutes!! ! The departure of the bus occurred only when the seats were completely filled.

The beach itself is terrible, nobody cleans it!! ! It's dirty around, fences, construction, no coral reef, flocks of crows that sit on deck chairs and shit on them. The beds are broken, old and very dirty. To the left of the beach is a beautiful coral reef.
Internet. I have never seen such terrible Wi-Fi anywhere else.
Territory. The hotel area is clean and well maintained. Water park with many slides and pools.
I do not recommend this hotel!! !
