I immediately offered to fly with Tez Tour and the hotel has a good Tropitel Naama Bay 5 *, having carefully studied, we agreed to ALL, only 1640 tanks. Anticipating the departure for 4 days, we were delighted, even got into debt to have a good rest. But in the morning the call rang a little discouraging, the hotel did not confirm the number and that you should agree to Rihanu4 departure on 16.04. I went urgently to her and let's go through the hotels again, but at first she offered a second line at 16.04, or 4 *, when asked if there was something at 11.04, she looked and found - there were still three Hotels, saying that in the first two she wouldn’t have sent us, but there is what you wanted. Hotel Rauf 5 *, on the first line by the sea, is completely new and therefore the attitude towards tourists there is especially scrupulous, besides it is 100 dollars cheaper, but the fact that it is far from Naami is nothing to worry about there are buses every day. With the cleaning of the problem, on the first day they didn’t clean it, then we went to the reception and asked to clean it, for which we just made the bed and changed the towels. The first three days just thumped with grief and burned in the sun. I'm talking about my birthday. Fortunately, there was one fighting aunt from Kyiv with us, although she didn’t drink to the eyeballs, she kept the company to talk and play tricks for which thanks. But it couldn’t go on like this and we had to do something, we took excursions to Raz Mukhamed on a boat and to the Water Park - we liked it very much, we rode scooters along the embankment and saw real beauty. In general, NEVER go to RAUF, this is the most miserable place in Sharm. We stayed at the Raouf Hotel in April for 11 days and it was a very bad experience. The hotel is in no way a "5 star" hotel, more like a "2 star". The hotel ran out of food several times, plates and silverwear as well as beach towels and sun tanning space at the beach. They over booked the hotel by about 20% and, needless to say, the lines to get anything where very long with several people loosing their temper.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner lines where not only long but completely crazy, people would push you out of the way to get plates and or food so they could get something to eat incase they ran out of food again. If you did not get to eat at the beginning of the meal you had to wait for a table. When you got a table it would be covered in dirty dishes by the people who just left. The hotel is staffed by extremely rude Muslims, who seem to be there to hit on women, and they do not take well to anybody giving then orders so getting a table cleaned was not an easy task. I asked for my table to be cleaned at least 5 times and the bus boy would simply turn and walk away, at first I thought he was going to go get a towel to wipe down the table after he cleared it, but he never came back .
Find somewhere else to stay. The people we talked to at the airport as we left all had great experiences and could not believe what we went through. Stay anywhere but at the Raouf Hotel!!! !
