Everything was good in the hotel. When we were leaving, there was a problem, our luggage flew to Germany by mistake. The hotel had such a service when the luggage is picked up in the room, taken to the reception, and then to the airport. The hotel staff mixed up something and gave our luggage to another person who did not immediately realize that it was not his luggage and flew away with it. Returning to the review of the hotel, I will say that we chose it based on reviews, looked at the rating, we liked it, we decided to fly to the Royal Albatros Moderna. We arrived at the hotel at 9 or 10 in the morning, we were immediately put on bracelets, we could use everything in the hotel, we checked into the room after 12:00, even before the scheduled time. The room was nice, cleaned every day, the only thing was that it had no balcony. The food is good, there were three restaurants, they are similar, but nevertheless, they had different dishes. The service was also good, there were waiters, you could order. The territory is good, the beach is 5 minutes walk, but the beach is coral, because of this you could swim either from the pier or in a specially designated place. There was a small market nearby, inside the hotel there were 2 shops, a pharmacy. On the territory there was 1 heated pool, the rest - no, there were children's pools, and deep ones. In general, a good hotel, good service, there were no problems during the entire stay. We booked an excursion on a ship, because there was a conference, the excursion was canceled, since it was impossible to swim in the sea, at other times we did not succeed.
