There were few vacationers at the end of November and there were no problems with sunbeds. The sea is clean, the water temperature is 26 degrees. We swam away in a mask and admired the corals and fish. What I did not like was that the linen was changed on request, not every day. Poor animation work. The territory of the hotel is clean and well-groomed. Massage at the hotel does Medhat well, but you can do it on the coral beach. Excursions were also taken on this beach. Thanks for the rest.

At the 3rd stop, the guide did not go into the water with the tourists, but sailed 700-800 m away from the swimmers - everyone who was in the water was in a panic. 40 minutes the guide watched as those who were in the water screamed. The mood was spoiled. On the evening of the 8th day, a guide from Versa was called, but he did not come. After the excursion to Tiran, my friend became ill and needed medical help. They called Versa's toll-free numbers, but not a single phone answered. , although they were insured for $15.000. The tour operator was called in the morning on the 9th day, he came and did not help and did not even apologize for ruining the tour. It turns out that the tickets were bought more expensive and the tour operator is not responsible for anything and does not help in any way. The reception offered only a paid doctor. Now about the hotel. The hotel is clean and lots of greenery and flowers. The pools are clean. The room is cleaned every day and linen and towels are changed daily. The food is normal. Beer, coffee is delicious. Ice cream is not provided. If something is broken in the room, report it right away, otherwise they will present an invoice upon check-out (even if something was not broken by you). . And yet, there was no animation at all, although 2 animators lived at the hotel. They entertained themselves. In general, the hotel is normal, clean, but boring ! ! And I won’t go from Versa anymore, if they don’t help!

We were brought from the airport late and in the rooms there were already plates with fruit and dry rations. It was very nice : ) For 20 bucks (standard procedure in hotels) they offer an improved room, but we refused because our room was very suitable.
