Can pneumonia be cured in Egypt?
The trip was planned from September, 3 travel agencies strained at once and everyone was intensively looking for a tour within a certain budget limit to Turkey... week, in general, September ended and in Turkey it became almost cold +21 during the day, +13 at night. And on September 25, we learned that Egypt was opened for tourists to enter, and this greatly facilitated our situation: here is where you can choose on a budget. We found a great offer on the Chip-Top, almost rushed to buy it, but a friend's 2 children fell down with a temperature of 39. We waited 4 days, the tour had already left the offers, the hotel stood on its feet, and we already have suitcases at the exit. We ran to Tui, an office in Vegas, the girls found just what we needed in a couple of days: in Sharm, the Red Sea is nearby, there are at least 3 restaurants, the price is $ 600-700, a water park and a large hotel area... Aqua Blu Sharm 4* but departure only in 5 days : (
After a couple of hours, the flight and the reservation were confirmed, I almost exhaled, but my friend’s children continue to have a temperature, although they began to swallow antibiotics from the first day. The next day, the pediatrician prescribes to make a stick and discovers that the boy has pneumonia. A friend is shocked, hysterical, but she does not disassemble her suitcases. Only 6 hours before departure, we still come to the decision that we need to fly: there are diseases, but the mood, how to deal with the disease at home or on the Red Sea is radically different.
This is the beginning of the holiday, you yourself understand that having reached the airport at 5 in the morning, and at 6-30 being in duty free by 7 o’clock we already didn’t care, in this state we were settled in the rooms.
When I woke up the next day, I found an unusually wonderful view from the balcony - of the gondolas. People around the room were roaming back and forth all the time, I was just going to be upset that the room was on the 1st floor and such a location... but it turned out that a bar, the main restaurant and the "jacuzzi" pool were a stone's throw from me. The first 4 days we just tried to get around all the corners on the territory of this hotel (the Italian restaurant was found on the last one) the remoteness of the sea from the hotel is not at all critical, since staying in the sea with fish compensates for all the exclamations about old sunbeds.
We flew in a company, 7 people: 4 children 8-13 years old - the rest are us: Yulia, Lucy, Dima. The rest was cool, in the intervals between shots we managed to swim in the sea (be sure to go to the wild beach, it is 300 meters from the elevator to the left, there are amazing reefs !!! ), sunbathe by the slides, the children went around all the "pipes", from the black I was delighted too, to meet all the bartenders, appreciate the local latte coffee, get a henna tattoo, buy leather bags for $ 40 and a bunch of souvenirs for relatives, ride ATVs in the desert, see "singing fountains" in Sakho, fall in love with a camel "Seryozha" and a couple of times almost marry our friend Lucy to an Egyptian.
When we returned home to Moscow, we were greeted by incessant rain and dullness. One friend asked where we had such a great rest, we answered - Egypt, to which he told me: “But I didn’t know that someone else was resting in this hole. (After that, I realized that this was no longer a friend, but just an old friend. . . ) And yet, I was once again convinced that it's great when on vacation you are "let go" of everyday problems and you stop paying attention to whether your room has been cleaned and towels have been changed, that pasta is again in all restaurants, and shrimp 2 times a week that Egyptian beer is a tonic drink...
The most important thing is that we had a great rest, and Danka's control scan did not confirm the presence of pneumonia.
