We turned (and more than once) to the reception, plumbers came, sealed the gap between the partition and the floor with silicone, cleaned the drain with a tool like "Mole".
It didn’t stop pouring onto the floor... it also began to stink from the sewer drain.
I asked for a rag at the reception, they did not bring it. There were no rooms to move. . .

The hotel is very good, excellent food (we had breakfast dinner), nice staff, they cleaned the room every day, changed towels. The location is in my opinion one of the best in Salou, close to all the beaches, in the center of the nightlife. Of the shortcomings - old furniture (wardrobes), but excellent mattresses.

The best cafe on the central beach is Cafe de Mar, a nightclub is Tropical. Good but not enough! You need to go at least 10 days.

And they knew where it was. They stole 2 phones, a fotik, all the cash in euros and rubles (even a trifle was shaken out), a children's game console and a bank card . . and they grabbed all the chargers.
I immediately ran to the reception desk . . told the manager to call the police, explained that we were robbed . . this freak in glasses, said that he would call them now and sent me back to the room to wait for the police...
They did not call the police . . neither on the first day, nor on the second, they did not call at all. The guide from the tour company Julia, also did not help. She threw up her hands and said that she could not help in any way, although for the sake of appearance she had a fight with the hotel managers.
As a result, we did not wait for the police. The hotel managers constantly found some excuses, then they couldn’t get through, then they had no time...
We did not receive any help or apologies from the hotel and the guide.
There is no security in the hotel, there is one man in uniform in the hall, for the sake of appearance . . he looks so that the doors are constantly closed, otherwise it’s hot
