Unfortunately, this attitude toward customer needs on the part of hotel management wasn't unique to us. Before our trip, I read reviews of the hotel on Booking. com, and one review from May 2025 stood out to me.

Limited pool operation

The hotel is good, the room is very spacious, clean, the service is excellent. The food is ok, it could be better. I didn’t like that the pool hours are limited from 10 to 18.

Unique hotel
