We arrived at 4 am. We were offered to relax on the sofa in the lobby, treated to a glass of mango juice. We checked in at 7:30, but were given a room in the most remote villa. It was quite far to walk to all the locations. But we did not pay for the relocation and lived in the outback all week.
What we liked. The territory, although not very large, is well-groomed, with beautiful lawns, flower beds, palm trees. Two heated pools, one of them with a swim-up bar. The beach is terraces cut into the rocks with sand. Sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is well-groomed, in good condition. The beach is clean. Beach workers spread towels, add a pillow under the head and a table (on request). There was always enough space. There are toilets and showers on the beach. From 10 am, waiters walk along the beach and offer drinks and chips.
The sea is warm, very clean, there are corals, fish, it is nice to swim with a mask. The entrance to the sea is only from pontoons (there are two of them at different ends). But sometimes there was a rather strong and cold wind, then you had to take a towel to cover yourself after leaving the sea.
Restaurant. There was so much food that it was impossible to try everything! Seafood every day, four types of meat, several dishes from each. Three types of soups for lunch and dinner. Side dishes, vegetables, fruits - for every taste. Very tasty desserts. European, Egyptian cuisine. The bars prepared wonderful cocktails (especially in the lobby bar).
The only minus is the room. The furniture is old, wooden wardrobes with creaking doors, but the bed is large, the mattress is comfortable, the linen is excellent. If you take it out of context, then the room is clean, cleaned every day, painted swans, hearts, a bunny. Toiletries were added every day, towels were changed when they were thrown on the floor. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room, by the way, not thin, ugly ones, but quite thick and comfortable (I'm talking about slippers). There was a kettle and cups in the room. instant coffee, tea, sugar, dry cream. The mini-bar was replenished daily (juice, beer, Pepsi, 7up in cans, two of each type). Water in liter bottles was put daily.
The entire hotel staff is very polite, smiling, ready to help, but you need to speak English.
If you don't pay attention to the poor conditions of the room (although we went to the room in the main building, it is the same as ours, only a little bigger), the hotel is great.
We are very satisfied with the vacation, we recommend the hotel!
1 The staff is excellent - no questions asked, excellent beds and mattresses are really better than in Rixos (Sia Gate) this is true;
2 food....has worsened significantly. Very limited selection of alcoholic drinks for ultra, only cocktails. There are no sparkling ones. There is no bacon for breakfast (yes, the country is Muslim, but many simply have 5), no jamon and salami - they used to be, moldy is rarely only for decoration (an insult);
.
On the fourth day we received a separate surprise from the hotel - a terrible poisoning! Despite the fact that nowhere else, except for the hotel, we did not eat or drink. Although, judging by the smell of rotten meat, which is distributed from the entrance to the kitchen, past which lay the path to our fifth day today. And again, it's not without surprises. The hotel introduced a system of cards for beach towels, which did not exist before. Penalty for losing a card - 20 bucks per piece. However, if you move away from your towel to swim in the sea, for example, be prepared that when you return you will not find it. And the Guard will tell you that nothing is visible in the cameras and your fine is your problem. Previously, I rested here with friends, adored this hotel, and now, when the question of a family vacation arose, I was waiting in trepidation to show my family this once magical place. And the greater the annoyance and disappointment. Until the owners of the hotel bring it back to normal - I do not recommend this place to anyone!
It was a pleasure to spend a holiday in this hotel as it is closed from the wind! When other hotels were passing there, a strong wind really blew. Here we spent a week comfortably (of course, if there is no bad weather in Sinai). Every day we swam in the sea (including children).
The territory of the hotel is compact, beautiful, well-groomed, many flowers. The pools are clean and heated. The staff is friendly. Diligent.
Everything is great with food. Dessert dishes we liked more than anywhere else! And this is a separate +. There were seafood, shrimp, fish, meat was delicious. In short, food is ok.
The beach is small but sheltered from the wind! (big +) It was uncomfortable to play volleyball on the top court, it was windy there. By the way, pontoons are short - another big +! . The reef is beautiful, lots of fish and whole corals!
The sea was 22-24 degrees. The rooms were good with views of the lawn and the sea. Removed regularly.
Evening animation was in the form of songs and dances. During the day it was volleyball and darts.
We really enjoyed!
Recommended for families with children and couples!
We took an excursion to the white island - it was adventurous but we liked it. We saw beautiful places. We went to George Clooney's shopping store (I recommend it for prices, assortments and unobtrusiveness), the way back is free, also with a guide. At the oil factory - a divorce, but if you don't want it, don't buy it.
In general, the most important thing: for a holiday in the winter, this is a very good option! When in other hotels the wind blows the hats off the girls and blows up the T-shirts of the guests, it is comfortable to relax here. And the hotel itself is very good.
The hotel met with bright colors of the picturesque area, smiles of the staff and a refreshing cocktail, which has already served as a great start to the holiday!
Unfortunately, we did not have time for breakfast, but when we entered the room, the smile was again on our faces, there we were waiting for a gift from the travel company where we took the tour, a bowl of fruit, sweets, a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of champagne and a cake! Very nice, we refreshed ourselves, drank champagne for the beginning of the holiday, refreshed ourselves, examined the contents of the room, everything is decent, there are toiletries in the bathroom, towels, bathrobes and slippers, a full mini-bar, a lot of space, a beautiful view of the sea, I don’t know what they look like the simplest rooms, as we were given a deluxe as a gift, and we liked the room very much, I recommend it!
The beach, those who love a smooth entrance will be disappointed, as there are a couple of pontoons, but a wonderful reef, we swam with a mask, we saw a huge variety of fish
The territory of the hotel is very picturesque, green lawns, flowers, trees, exotic plants, just life in the beautiful jungle! Hurghada was just a bare hotel compared to this!
My wife went for procedures at the spa, she returned satisfied, I was not able to say anything.
We liked the food, I read that there were few fruits and seafood, maybe people were relaxing in another hotel, we had a LOT of fruit EVERY DAY, we ate shrimp, squid, crabs, mussels, well, maybe the crabs didn’t really like it, the rest is fine! A lot of meat, fish, chicken, and what desserts, you will lick your fingers!
The staff is the friendliest of all the hotels we visited, always with a smile, they always run to help, pay a lot of attention, cleaning on schedule, the room is shiny, and most importantly, the towels are ALWAYS in their places, clean and not 2 to 3, and 4 for each.
Thanks for a great vacation! I strongly recommend the hotel!
