Due to the fact that I was extremely limited in time and, after waiting 15 minutes, I turned to the bar with a question where my lunch was, the waiter pretended not to hear me. After waiting another 5-10 minutes, I again asked the same question, saying that I was waiting for a very long time, the waiter called the kitchen with a disgruntled look and convinced me that my food was already being carried. Taking this lady’s word for it, I made a calculation in advance, going to the bar, but as it turned out it was a lie, no one thought to hurry with dinner, as a result, after waiting another 10 minutes, I was forced to leave this institution without waiting for dinner. Having turned to the waiter with a request to return my money, I received a refusal and a displeased expression on my face with a claim in a tone that is unacceptable for the service sector - “don’t you know that the cutlet is being cooked for a long time? ” (in normal establishments, they warn the client about the delay in cooking, if it is30 minutes). No one deigned to apologize. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have met such boorish service. . .

The hotel is more of a business class, as a tourist who came to see Lviv, the location did not suit me very well. Although there is a direct tram 3 and 5 from the hotel to the center. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, a water park and a market. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not old, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was delicious.

Excellent hotel. Normal four. The football team Dynamo-Kyiv stays there when they come to Lviv. I had a standard double room. The room has everything you need. Clean and neat. There were also pancakes with different fillings, pancakes, cabbage rolls, salads, herring, oatmeal, fried omelettes and scrambled eggs with bacon, several types of muesli, fermented baked milk, 3 types of juices (not yupi), grapefruits, grapes, plums, pastries.

Near the hotel there is a water park, a lot of shops. Direct minibuses go to the city center - 41.51, and also to Auchan - 10.25. I liked everything. Both the hotel and Lviv in general.
