Already used dirty beds in the room and the hotel is overbooking!
We stayed at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel between January 11 and 13.2019. We had a Club Room booked - Athenee Club Lounge Access, 2 Double Beds, Guest Room, City View, High Floor (38 m).

We were horrified by what we saw in this resort!
First of all, I would like to note that the hotel was opened in December 2017, i . e. just two years ago! But because of the poor performance of the top management, this is what it has become!

A great resort that looks after you
Very sorry that there were only 3 days! Inside the hotel is like a palace: a beautiful hall with high columns, stairs, floor - all made of marble. A great abundance of fresh flowers in vases on all floors.

Great resort hotel with a huge area
The Lake Resort has amazing lighting throughout. Clean rooms and brand new exterior of all buildings in the complex. Very large area of the hotel with many pools and a magnificent huge lake.

The best hotel in Porto
Modern, new (2018) hotel, in a historical building of 1923. A great five-star hotel that makes you want to come back again! We already stayed at this hotel in April and stayed here again in November.

Terrible experience
We chose the hotel because we have always liked this chain and that the InterContinental Ljubljana hotel is new, opened at the end of 2017. Stayed from August 27 to 30.2019 in the Twin Bed Club Room on the 16th floor.

The best hotel in Bucharest with indifferent front desk staff!
+ Great cosmetics - L'Occitane! Good beds and amazing linens. Also liked the view from the room and the Nespresso coffee machine. The room has: bathrobes with slippers, safe, hairdryer, mini-fridge and ironing board with iron.

Doesn't live up to the 4 stars it claims! Very dirty hotel!
At the check-in desk, upon arrival, we were told that our room was already ready especially for us and they gave us plastic room keys - they were enclosed in a worn, crumpled insert with the name of the hotel.

At The Alexander Tel Aviv Hotel - you will definitely be deceived, and the hotel staff will ignore you!!
We stayed at Alexander Tel Aviv Hotel from 30.10-08.11. 2018. We have already stayed more than once in this hotel and we liked it: good location, proximity to the sea, good breakfasts and delicious pastries and, as it seemed before, friendly staff.

New Hotel (2017) in an old Historical building - this is unique!
Stayed at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel in May 2019. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony. When booking, we asked for a high floor, but upon check-in we were given the 1st floor and we expressed our displeasure.

The K?nigshof Hotel in Munich are the real Liars!
I want to share my impressions about the K? nigshof Hotel in Munich and warn everyone: Be very careful when checking in - you can be deceived! After all, real deceivers work here and they can offer you the wrong number, as happened with us.
