Not bad at all
Visited the hotel at the end of December, three families with children. At 11:00 they put on bracelets, check-in after 14:00 (the employees of the reception did not go to persuasion, this is the first time for us, but maybe this is due to the workload of the hotel).

Albena pleasantly pleased
We rested in Bulgaria for the first time and were satisfied. Hotel Compass 3 * turned out to be very decent. The rooms are in the style of post-Soviet modernism, but the furniture is new, the mattresses are excellent, the appliances work.

Good hotel
In general, the holiday was a success. The tour was taken 5 days before departure, many good hotels were in the stop, so we didn’t have to choose much. We flew from Kyiv with a TPG tour operator, no complaints.

Good hotel.
The hotel is worth the money that they ask for it, I would call it - Former luxury. Now in order. Checked in at 8.40 am, forgoing 20&. The rooms are random, our two are nearby, one is in perfect condition, the second is beaten up, but everything worked.

Everything is fine, but Wi-Fi is not everywhere.
We traveled to this hotel with 2 adults and 2 children. We immediately knew that we were going to 4 *, so we did not expect much. But the reality surprised us. Number. They gave a corner room on the 1st floor, like nothing, but not the same standard as on the official website.

Real review.
We stayed at the hotel with 2 adults + 2 children. For all $1050. Therefore, we were not upset. The room sleeps for three, the second child slept on an ottoman 140 cm with a thin mattress (almost on the windowsill).

Real review, about a really cool hotel.
We were in Sierra for the second time from 01/12/14 to 01/23/14 with four families. We asked in advance for rooms on the ground floor in building 6, they gave everything, no problem.

Wonderful winter Sierra
We arrived at the hotel at 9.00 with a group of 6 adults and 2 children and immediately went to the pool. At 10.30 put on bracelets at 12.00 check-in. They offered building 3, we asked to be closer to the children's pool - they gave three rooms in building 6 at no extra charge.
