Bad transfer, ignoring our hotel
I did not like the transfer, we got to the hotel only at 1:30 am, given that we arrived at the airport at 19:30. We were first dropped off together in another hotel of the chain, and we waited there for 2.5 hours until they came for us and took us to our hotel in Platja D'aro. They didn’t tell us about the return transfer either, we had to call the travel agency ourselves (it’s good that we bought a local SIM card) and find out about the transfer time, which also consisted of two parts.

Nice hotel, good food.
