Acceptable for the money
Everything is acceptable. Two minuses. Terrible daily noise from a hydraulic hammer at a construction site from 10 to 17. Electric kettles were confiscated in the rooms.

So-so.
I had a rest at Christmas in 2011. It all started with an untimely arrival (instead of Zaporozhye, they took a bus to Simferopl). Despite the fact that they arrived 15 hours later, they settled me in some kind of windowless stable in Paradise.
