Good hotel. The staff fails

First, negative impressions
Hi all! As they say, I am writing "in hot pursuit" and first impressions based on previously visited hotels in Egypt, and there were more than 5 of them. The last of them, a month ago, was Sentido in Hurghada.

Calm, mid-range hotel
In hot pursuit, impressions of the hotel. 1. FLIGHT. (rating "4") We flew from Kyiv to Egypt on time, we didn’t get food on the plane for 4 hours, but the operator Anekstur warned us in advance.

Terrible hotel!
