Odessa courtyard was chosen for living. As a result, when the Kyiv part of the guests arrived, we paid immediately for all the booked rooms, including Muscovites. Aerosvit canceled the flight and the Muscovites did not arrive. When I raised the question, return people for 1 day to us money. I didn’t even ask for a refund on the day of arrival - I understand that they were expected and all that... But with a certificate from Aerosvit, in a force majeure situation, the hotel management did not want to part with 9 thousand UAH! It's disgusting and disgusting. We no longer work with the Odessa courtyard - the uncleanliness of the owner is amazing.
