It spoiled the impression very much - the hotel positions itself as a high class (it can be seen from the interior), but in fact such "pettyness" greatly lowers the level of the hotel and the impressions of it.
Another minus: there is no safe in the "standard" room, I had to leave the equipment at the reception in the general staff safe (they put laptops in a common bag duh... )

The rest of the food is something.
Breakfast is served with coffee sticks. I asked him for milk (I do not drink coffee without milk) - they said that "for an additional fee. " Unpleasant.
We took food from the restaurant - everything is so fatty that the oil fills the plate, unpleasant + then I had stomach problems from such cooking.
And all this at incredibly high prices (hodgepodge 110 UAH, very mediocre sour borscht 65 UAH). There was a feeling that I was at least in Cyprus, but certainly not in Ukraine.
Speaking of borscht. They serve it as they want: they bring it with lard, sometimes without it, while the serving does not affect the price.

The pool is Soviet, with dividing paths, that is, it is simply unrealistic to swim for your own pleasure. For saunas they want separately 350 UAH per day (! ), despite the fact that there are only three saunas, and they are tiny (a maximum of 2 people can fit in the infrared one).
Solarium 16 UAH per minute (! ).
The SPA center itself is not really lit, that is, the impression is that you are walking in an unfinished hotel - the light is 30-50%, depressive music is playing (I don’t know who chose this playlist, but I heard one of the proposed compositions at the funeral of a relative, conclusions do it yourself).
Water is cold!
That is, in order to get into the pool, they first warmed up in the jacuzzi (+39C), then quickly plunged into a cold barrel, and from there they climbed into the pool. It was enough for 15-20 minutes, but no more, then it froze and had to get out.
The jacuzzi is warm and backlit (it's nice), but dirty, some kind of muck floats in the water in clumps like algae, it's very visible with the backlight. The jacuzzis themselves are slippery inside, it seems they are rarely washed.

A 10-minute walk from the boarding house is a large supermarket, on the way to the beach there is a shop.
